Are you exceptional at finding the right people, starting meaningful conversations and getting appointments booked?
We're looking for an experienced, proactive Appointment Setting Specialist who knows how to turn thoughtful research and personalised outreach into qualified, attended appointments.
This is not a generic lead generation role.
We don't need someone to build us a marketing strategy, generate hundreds of random leads or send mass-produced messages.
We already have the strategy, the ideal client profile, the outreach framework and the messaging.
What we need is someone with the energy, initiative, persistence and commercial drive to execute it exceptionally well.
About Woman Reimagined - Woman Reimagined is a premium identity recalibration programme for accomplished women over 40 who are navigating significant transitions in their lives, careers and sense of self.
Our clients are founders, executives, entrepreneurs, creatives and leaders. These are intelligent, discerning women who have achieved a great deal and are beginning to question what they want the next chapter of their lives to look like.
The programme investment is US$11,111.
Our founder, Elle Nagy, conducts confidential research interviews with carefully selected women to better understand their experiences, challenges, desires and aspirations.
Your responsibility is to identify the right women and invite them into these conversations.
These are genuine research interviews, not disguised sales appointments. You will not be expected to sell or close the programme.
What You'll Be Doing
- Research LinkedIn and other relevant professional networks to identify women who fit our established prospect criteria.
- Look beyond job titles and superficial profile information to recognise credible signals of a potentially relevant life or identity transition.
- Use our approved outreach framework to initiate thoughtful, personalised conversations.
- Follow up consistently, professionally and respectfully.
- Invite suitable women to confidential research interviews with our founder.
- Coordinate bookings and confirmations to maximise attendance.
- Maintain an accurate, organised record of prospects, conversations, appointments and outcomes.
- Share useful observations about response patterns and opportunities to improve execution.
Experience engaging with professional women's networks, female-founder communities, women's leadership organisations and women-centred online spaces would be particularly valuable.
Any outreach within private communities must respect their membership requirements, rules and privacy expectations.
What Success Looks Like:
Your initial minimum performance target is 4–6 qualified, attended research interviews per month.
We're interested in appointments that actually happen, with women who genuinely match our criteria and understand why they've been invited.
Quality matters enormously.
We are not interested in filling a calendar with people who have little connection to the programme's intended audience.
You will be provided with clear prospect criteria, messaging guidance and an established outreach process. Your role is to turn those resources into consistent results.
Who We're Looking For
You must have:
- Proven experience booking appointments through LinkedIn outreach, direct messaging or similar relationship-based prospecting.
- Demonstrable results from previous appointment-setting work.
- Excellent written English and the ability to communicate naturally, confidently and professionally.
- Strong research skills and sound judgment about who is worth approaching.
- The ability to personalise messages without sounding scripted, intrusive or overly familiar.
- Consistent follow-through and resilience when prospects don't respond.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- The confidence to take initiative, solve everyday problems and keep momentum moving.
- A willingness to follow an established strategy rather than constantly reinvent it.
Most importantly, you must genuinely enjoy the commercial challenge of turning outreach into opportunities.
We're looking for someone who takes ownership, loves achieving targets and is motivated by the possibility of earning significantly more through successful results.
Compensation and Earning Potential:
Base compensation: US$5 per hour
Sales commission: 7.5% on attributable Woman Reimagined enrolment revenue received by the company.
At the current programme investment of US$11,111, one full-price enrolment would generate approximately US$833.33 in commission, assuming the full programme fee is collected and commissionable.
Commission is paid as the company receives the client's payments. Where a client pays in instalments, the corresponding commission is paid on eligible instalments received, according to the commission agreement.
There is no guarantee of enrolments or commission earnings.
This opportunity is best suited to someone who values the stability of a modest hourly base but is far more excited by the earning potential of successful performance.
If your primary priority is a substantial guaranteed hourly income, this is unlikely to be the right opportunity.
If you're commercially ambitious, confident in your appointment-setting abilities and excited by performance-based earnings, we'd love to hear from you.
Hours and Working Arrangement:
- Remote
- Approximately 10–15 hours per month initially
- Flexible scheduling, with agreed reporting and communication expectations
- Opportunity for the relationship to expand as the business grows and results justify it
How to Apply:
Please answer the following questions in your application. We value specific examples and real experience more than polished, generic answers.
1. Your results
Tell us about your most relevant appointment-setting role. Who were you targeting, which channels did you use, how many appointments did you book, and what proportion attended?
2. Your prospect judgment
Imagine you find a 49-year-old woman on LinkedIn who founded and sold a successful company eight months ago. She now describes herself as an investor and board adviser.
Would you consider her a potential research-interview candidate? What would you want to understand before approaching her?
3. Your outreach ability
You've identified a woman who appears to be an excellent fit for a confidential research interview. She doesn't know Elle Nagy.
Write a short first LinkedIn message inviting her to participate. Your message should be thoughtful, natural and genuinely compelling, without pitching a coaching programme.
4. Your commercial motivation
This role offers US$5/hour plus 7.5% commission on attributable programme enrolments. What appeals to you about this structure, and what have you done in previous roles to consistently achieve or exceed appointment targets?
Applications that don't answer all four questions will not be considered.
We're looking for someone who is ready to create momentum, build meaningful connections and be rewarded for the results they help produce.
If that's you, we'd love to meet you.
