This is not a regular editing job. I'm looking for one person with an insanely good creative eye: the kind of filmmaker, cinematographer, motion designer or digital artist whose own work people save and share.

I make short videos about AI tools for my ---------- (43K followers), and I'm building a second account. You'd help d ---------- how both of them look, feel and move.

WHO THIS IS FOR:

Filmmakers and cinematographers (short films, music videos, commercials, fashion or travel films)
Motion designers and After Effects artists (kinetic type, 2D/3D motion, brand animation)
Digital artists who also edit (compositing, 3D, illustration in motion)
Senior editors with a reel that looks like a film, not a template

YOU'RE A FIT IF:

Your best work could sit next to Daniel Dalen, Kaye Creatives or a top agency's reel
You've made work for real brands, artists or big creators, and can show it
You have strong taste in light, color, pacing and sound
You bring ideas, not just edits
YOU'RE NOT A FIT IF:

Your portfolio is mostly captions-and-cuts talking-head edits, UGC ads or Canva templates
You can't show at least one piece you're truly proud of
WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Make 30-60 second videos that feel cinematic: story, pacing, music, sound, color
Design motion, looks and formats that make the account instantly recognizable
Shape the look of a second account from scratch

PAY:

Top-tier pay for top-tier work.
