About us
PPC Jumpstart is a small Amazon PPC agency based in Surrey, BC, Canada. Our clients are US brands selling on Amazon, mostly founders and owners doing $500K+ a year on Amazon. We manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display, and our job is simple to say: grow their sales while keeping ACOS within their target.
I'm Vadim, the founder. I post on LinkedIn to reach US brand owners. I want one person to own a daily LinkedIn post on my profile: short, sharp, useful Amazon PPC posts that a busy US owner reads in 30 seconds and thinks "I should check that in my account."
The goal is to make my name the one US brand owners think of for Amazon PPC. Reach matters, but every post has to be useful to a business owner, not just to other PPC people. No "comment X for the PDF" tricks.
What you'll do every day
- Write one LinkedIn post a day (Mon–Fri) in our house template: a short, contrarian hook, one-line paragraphs, one simple comparison, one named Amazon report or tool, and a clear "what this means for your sales / ACOS / margin."
- Design the graphic for each post (single 4:5 image, sometimes a short carousel) in our brand style: navy, gold and our logo. Templates are provided.
- Find post ideas in Amazon Ads updates, my weekly interview notes, client results I give you permission to use, and my Loom audit recordings.
- Score every draft against our checklist before you send it to me. Below the bar, rewrite it.
- Send drafts to me for approval. Nothing goes live without my approval.
- Get approved posts live at 8:00 AM Pacific Time (US), and add the first comment with my booking link right after.
- Seven days after each post, open the post analytics and log where viewers came from (country/city) in our tracking sheet.
- Send a short Monday report: what went out, what scored well, which posts reached US viewers.
Must-haves
- Amazon Ads console fluency. You have worked inside Amazon Ads (as a PPC specialist, VA or account manager). You know Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display, and you can read a search term report without help.
- You understand ACOS vs TACoS and can explain to a business owner why the lowest ACOS isn't always the best result.
- Strong US-business English. Short sentences, plain words, no filler. You can write for a US founder, not for other PPC specialists.
- Canva or Figma. You can follow a brand template exactly: colours, logo, spacing.
- LinkedIn native. You know how LinkedIn posts, carousels (PDF), first comments, scheduling and post analytics work.
- Reliable during US Pacific mornings. Posts go live at 8:00 AM PT, every weekday.
- Comfortable taking direct edits and rewriting fast.
Nice-to-haves
- You've ghostwritten LinkedIn posts for a founder or agency.
- Familiar with Brand Analytics, Search Query Performance, Business Reports, placement reports, Manage Your Experiments.
- You follow Amazon seller news and can explain an Amazon change in 3 lines.
- Basic video editing (short captioned clips).
- Google Sheets for simple logs.
Hours
- Must overlap with US Pacific mornings. Posts go live at 8:00 AM PT Mon–Fri.
- Philippines time: 8:00 AM PT = 11:00 PM PHT until Nov 1, 2026, then 12:00 AM (midnight) PHT after US clocks change (Nov 1 to March).
- Flexible part-time schedule. Time is tracked in Time Doctor.
- About 15–20 hrs/week to start.
Pay
$7–11 USD per hour, depending on skill and trial results. Hours tracked in Time Doctor.
Paid trial
Shortlisted applicants get a paid trial, about 3 hours of work at your hourly rate, 48 hours to send it back. You'll write 3 posts from raw notes we give you and design 1 graphic. We'll pay for the trial whether or not we hire you.
How to apply
1. Put MARGIN FIRST as the first line of your application. Applications without it won't be read.
2. Answer in your own words, no AI (we'll know):
- In 3 sentences, explain to a US brand owner why a low ACOS can hurt their sales.
- What is the difference between ACOS and TACoS, and which one would you show an owner first? Why?
- Which Amazon Ads reports have you used, and for what?
3. Send 2–3 LinkedIn posts or graphics you've written or designed (links or images).
4. Tell us your shift availability in Philippine time.
5. Optional: a 2-minute Loom or video introducing yourself in English.
