# Part-Time Sales Development Representative (SDR)

**Location:** Remote, Philippines
**Hours:** 20 hours per week
**Salary:** $450–$650 USD per month, depending on experience

Iconz Experience is a US-based international soccer travel company delivering premium soccer tours for youth clubs, academies and schools.

We specialize in creating unforgettable international soccer experiences across England, Portugal, Spain and Italy.

### The Role

We are seeking an ambitious and highly organized part-time Sales Development Representative to help grow our US client base.

Your primary responsibility will be identifying potential clients, introducing Iconz Experience, developing relationships and arranging qualified sales meetings with our CEO.

### Key Responsibilities

- Research US youth soccer clubs, academies and schools.
- Identify club directors, directors of coaching and other key decision makers.
- Develop accurate prospect lists and maintain CRM records.
- Conduct personalized email outreach and professional follow-ups.
- Qualify interested prospects and schedule meetings with our CEO.
- Track sales opportunities and maintain an organized pipeline.
- Provide weekly reports on outreach, responses and meetings booked.
- Collaborate with our marketing team on sales materials and campaigns.

### Requirements

- Proven experience in B2B lead generation or sales development.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Experience with email outreach, LinkedIn research and CRM systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and achieve agreed performance targets.
- Familiarity with the US market is preferred.
- Experience in sports, soccer or travel is advantageous but not essential.
