YouTube Video Editor Wanted – Long-Term Opportunity

We are looking for a **talented, creative and experienced video editor** to join our growing YouTube channel.

The ideal candidate will have experience editing, highly engaging, fast-paced YouTube videos, that keep viewers entertained and watching until the end.

Reference Video

We are looking for an editor who can produce videos with a similar editing style, quality and overall feel to the reference above.

Responsibilities
- Edit engaging, high-quality YouTube videos.
- Use creative cuts, transitions, zooms, sound effects and background music to maintain viewer engagement.
- Understand pacing, storytelling and audience retention.
- Add subtitles, graphics and visual effects where appropriate.
- Deliver polished videos ready for upload to YouTube.
- Work independently and consistently meet deadlines.

Requirements
- Proven experience editing YouTube videos.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Strong understanding of YouTube audience retention and engaging editing techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail, timing and storytelling.
- Good communication and reliable turnaround times.
