WE’RE HIRING: ACCOUNTANT

Join Our Team!

We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated Accounting Graduate to join our team. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of accounting principles and hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO). A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is preferred but not required.

Qualifications
Graduate of BS Accountancy, or a related accounting course.
At least 1 year of relevant work experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
Solid working knowledge and hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Familiarity with financial reporting, bank reconciliation, P &L, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance,.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting-related tools.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
CPA license preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in QuickBooks Online.
Record, categorize, and review financial transactions.
Perform bank and account reconciliations.
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of accounting records.
Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned.
