We’re looking for a full-time Dental Admin Virtual Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our dental practice.

The role will include patient communication, scheduling, follow-ups, treatment plan and payment support, insurance/claims-related admin, and keeping dental records and reporting information accurate.

You MUST have Dental work experience.
You MUST have strong attention to detail, clear written and spoken English, and be comfortable communicating with patients over the phone.

This is a full-time role and runs on Eastern Time or “graveyard shift.”
