JOB OVERVIEW

Role :

The Credit Specialist is a crucial member of our organization, directly contributing to the success of our
business.
This role involves reaching out to the credit bureaus for our clients to remove negative items from the
credit report. It also involves contacting the banks on behalf of our clients to ensure proper follow up.
The Credit Specialist is responsible for completing tasks quickly and effectively, contributing to the overall
goals and plans developed by the credit specialist management team

Requirements :

- Minimum of 1 year experience in the credit repair industry.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Very well spoken English.
- Proficiency with Credit Repair Cloud.
- Strong understanding of American credit system.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- High emotional intelligence, resilience, and problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable speaking over the phone and answering questions
- Good organization skills
- Available to work full time (although starting 9AM - 1PM EST)
- No other job
- Good internet connection
