We’re a 7-figure kids’ wellness brand scaling aggressively on subscriptions. Our meltable supplement supports focus, mood, and calm in kids 4+.

Our customers are moms facing daily meltdowns, homework battles, and hard mornings, and they’re often skeptical after trying other supplements. Support here means helping them give it a fair try and saving subscriptions before they quit.

THE ROLE

Lead a team of 7 reps: set standards, coach, and remove reps who fall short
Report weekly on speed, CSAT, retention saves, refunds, chargebacks, and sentiment (including Meta ad comments)
Own cancellation winbacks
Turn refund and cancellation reasons into insights for marketing and leadership
Enforce strict messaging rules: no medical claims or medication advice, ever

WHAT YOU’LL GET

$1,200/month base
Performance bonuses, including $15 for every successful subscription save

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

2+ years in DTC/e-commerce support, with 1+ year managing a team (subscription brand preferred)
Hands-on Gorgias: macros, rules, views, reporting
Proven retention track record. You know a saved subscription beats a closed ticket
Also: Shopify, subscription platforms, Meta comment moderation
