# Part-Time Social Media Appointment Setter | Coaching Business

### About My Business

I'm a spiritual life coach and transformational parenting mentor based in Sedona, Arizona.

After nearly 20 years supporting families as an educator and 15 years of my own spiritual healing and inner work, I realized something important: knowing what to do doesn't always mean we can do it when we're emotionally triggered.

Now I help conscious mothers who have read parenting books, done personal development work, and tried different approaches but still find themselves yelling, reacting, and feeling guilty afterward.

My work helps mothers break generational patterns, heal their own emotional wounds, and raise children who feel safe, confident, and free to be who they truly are.

### What I'm Looking For

I'm looking for an experienced, reliable appointment setter who can help me connect with mothers who would benefit from my coaching.

Your primary responsibility is to **find new potential clients, start genuine conversations, build relationships, follow up, and book qualified consultations.**

This is not simply an administrative or scheduling position.

I'm not interested in mass messaging, aggressive sales tactics, or generic copy-and-paste outreach. My work is personal, and I want someone who can represent it with care and authenticity.

### Responsibilities

- Find potential clients through Facebook, Instagram, Threads, and relevant online communities.
- Identify mothers who are interested in conscious parenting, breaking generational cycles, emotional healing, and personal growth.
- Start personalized, respectful conversations with potential clients, respecting community rules and people's privacy.
- Build trust, understand their challenges, and follow up naturally.
- Invite interested and qualified mothers to complimentary consultations.
- Track conversations, follow-ups, and appointments in Google Sheets.
- Provide a simple daily activity report.

### Requirements

- Previous experience in social media outreach, lead generation, or appointment setting.
- Experience working with coaches, personal development businesses, or wellness professionals is preferred.
- Strong written English and natural communication skills.
- Ability to independently find new potential clients, even without a large existing audience.
- Strong understanding of motherhood, conscious parenting, and the emotional challenges mothers experience.
- Ability to communicate with mothers in a warm, empathetic, and authentic way.
- Personal experience with motherhood or working closely with mothers is a plus.
- Comfortable discussing sensitive topics such as parenting struggles, emotional triggers, and generational patterns.
- Comfortable building relationships rather than using aggressive sales tactics.
- Organized, reliable, and consistent with follow-ups.
- Willingness to understand my coaching approach and ideal clients.

### Hours and Compensation

- Approximately 5 hours per week initially.
- Starting pay: $5/hour.
- Opportunity to increase hours as the business grows.
- Short paid trial period before a longer-term commitment.
