We care about more than getting tasks done. We want to build a team of people we can trust to do the right thing, care about others, and take ownership of their work.
Our values guide how we make decisions, communicate, and serve our customers. We’re looking for someone who genuinely identifies with these values and demonstrates them through their daily actions.
1. Excellence
Do the Job Right, Even When No One Is Watching.
We take pride in our work and pay attention to the details. We don't cut corners or wait for someone to check our work. Whether you're updating a cleaning schedule, responding to a customer, following up with a lead, or completing an administrative task, you take responsibility for doing it correctly.
2. Honest and Fair
Tell the Truth and Treat People Right.
We communicate honestly, take responsibility for mistakes, and treat customers, cleaners, and teammates fairly. If something goes wrong, we address it instead of hiding it. We value people who can be trusted to give accurate updates, keep their commitments, and do the right thing even when it's uncomfortable.
3. Care About People
Look Out for Our Customers and Each Other.
Our business depends on trust and strong relationships. We want someone who genuinely cares about helping customers, supporting cleaners, and making things easier for the people they work with. You listen, show empathy, communicate respectfully, and look for solutions that are fair and practical.
4. Always Growing
Keep Learning and Getting Better.
We don't expect you to know everything from day one. We do expect you to be curious, open to feedback, and willing to improve. You learn from mistakes, look for better ways to do things, and take initiative to develop your skills. As GuestMaids grows, we want you to grow with us.
5. Go With the Flow
Adapt Without Losing Your Cool.
Cleaning operations can change quickly. A cleaner might cancel, a customer might change a schedule, or an urgent issue might need attention. We need someone who can adjust priorities, stay calm under pressure, and focus on solving the problem rather than getting frustrated. We value flexibility, practical thinking, and a positive approach to change.
Who We're Looking For
The right person is dependable, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of responsibilities. You don't need someone reminding you about every task or telling you what to do at every step. You notice what needs attention, communicate when something is wrong, and follow through until the job is done.
You care about the quality of your work, treat people fairly, and understand that small details can make a big difference to customers and the team.
We're looking for someone who wants to be part of a growing business, contribute ideas, solve problems, and build systems that help the company run better over time.
If these values reflect how you naturally work, not just what you think an employer wants to hear, we'd like to meet you!
