**Full-Time Recruiter | Remote | Excellent English**

Johnny Tsunami, a growing U.S. home services company, is looking for a hungry, dedicated recruiter who loves finding great people and getting results.

**What you’ll do:**

- Source and attract candidates using Indeed, LinkedIn, OnlineJobs.ph, and other recruiting platforms.
- Create job postings, review applications, and conduct phone and video interviews.
- Work closely with our team to understand hiring needs and identify the right fit.
- Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and keep the hiring process organized and moving.

**What we’re looking for:**

- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Recruiting experience and confidence using Indeed, LinkedIn, and other hiring tools.
- Strong interviewing, communication, and organizational skills.
- A proactive, persistent attitude—you take ownership and follow through.
- Reliable internet and a quiet workspace.

**Schedule:** Full-time, 6 a.m.–3 p.m. U.S. Pacific Time, following U.S. daylight saving changes.
