Senior Social Media Growth Manager & Content Producer

Full-time | Remote | Philippines

I’m looking for an experienced, highly creative social media professional to grow my personal brand and manage the daily execution of my social media.

I’m Mary-Anne Gillespie, a sales performance strategist, keynote speaker, and founder of Red Apple Coaching & Consulting. My content focuses on business growth, real estate performance, leadership, recruiting, entrepreneurship, and the discipline behind success.

I have substantial expertise, speaking footage, stories, and ideas. I need someone who can turn those assets into compelling content, build a recognizable brand, and grow an engaged audience that generates business opportunities.

This is an ongoing position for someone who can take ownership, bring ideas, and deliver consistently.

The opportunity

We are building a high-volume, multi-platform content operation inspired by Gary Vaynerchuk’s approach to documenting, repurposing, and distributing content.

Our ambition is to build toward 10-20 published content pieces per day across all channels combined, including short videos, stories, clips, text posts, carousels, and repurposed content. The publishing plan must balance volume with quality, platform relevance, and results.

You will own the workflow that makes this possible from identifying strong ideas to producing, publishing, and measuring the content.

What you will manage

Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, with content adapted to each platform’s audience and format.

Your responsibilities will include:

Develop and execute a social media growth strategy with clear priorities and measurable goals.

Own the content calendar, production process, scheduling, and daily publishing.

Turn keynote recordings, interviews, coaching insights, voice notes, photographs, and everyday moments into multiple strong content assets.

Proactively identify compelling angles, hooks, trends, and opportunities that fit my brand.

Write excellent captions, LinkedIn posts, video scripts, headlines, and calls to action in my voice.

Edit polished short-form videos, including Reels, Shorts, with strong openings, pacing, captions, and storytelling.

Produce and package longer YouTube videos, including titles, thumbnails, descriptions, and clips.

Create professional carousels, graphics, stories, and other visual assets with consistent branding.

Curate relevant industry content and develop original commentary grounded in my expertise.

Manage comments and community engagement, and flag relevant inquiries and business opportunities.

Plan, launch, monitor, and improve paid social campaigns within approved budgets, including creative testing and reporting.

Track performance weekly and use the findings to improve content, distribution, and conversion.

Maintain an organized content library and manage tasks, deadlines, and approvals through Asana.

Experience required

You must have demonstrated experience in:

Managing and growing social media accounts for a personal brand, entrepreneur, speaker, or service-based business.

Creating and distributing content across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn and YouTube.

Editing both short-form and long-form video. Using ai preferably.

Writing compelling English copy and adapting to a founder’s voice.

Designing professional graphics and maintaining brand consistency.

Managing paid social advertising, including Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, creative testing, and performance reporting.

Running a high-volume content workflow with reliable systems and deadlines.

Using analytics to make decisions and connect social media activity to business outcomes.

Experience with YouTube advertising, LinkedIn advertising, real estate, coaching, or professional services is an advantage. Please specify which advertising platforms you have personally managed.

You should be comfortable with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent editing software, social scheduling platforms, analytics tools, and Asana.

Who will succeed in this role

You are creative, organized, proactive, and comfortable taking responsibility for results.

You can recognize the strongest moment in a 45-minute presentation and turn it into a video people want to watch. You know how to adapt an idea for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. You bring recommendations and finished work without needing constant direction.

My voice is direct, intelligent, confident, and human. Your work should capture that personality while maintaining professional standards.

You must also have:

Strong written and spoken English.

Excellent attention to detail.

Reliable internet and equipment suitable for video production.

Availability for agreed working-hour overlap with Eastern Time in Canada.

The ability to manage competing priorities and communicate clearly.

AI tools can support your workflow, but the final content must sound like me, reflect accurate information, and meet a high creative standard.

Consistent publishing at the agreed volume and quality.

Growth in relevant followers and engaged audiences.

Better video retention, shares, saves, and meaningful engagement.

Increased qualified inquiries for speaking, programs, and business services.

Paid advertising performance against agreed campaign goals.

A reliable production system that makes effective use of my time and content.

Position and compensation

Full-time, ongoing remote position for a professional based in the Philippines.

Compensation will reflect your experience, portfolio, and demonstrated results. Please include your expected monthly rate in PHP and your availability.
