Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Video Editor who is familiar with the UGC ad creative format, AI voice over with broll ads, VSL's, AI UGC, amongst others as well. You’ll be turning raw footage into winning ad creatives for Meta. Regular training will be provided. We need very experienced candidate for this role. Needs have made winning ads before and be able to learn from us as alot of the Ads we make will be combo of AI UGC, real UGC and broll. DO NOT apply unless you have made video ads that have scaled to AT LEAST $1000/ a day. This role requires immense experience, hence the bonus per winning ad and in some case even % of ad spend. Ideally be experienced with hyper realistic AI UGC ( this is a massive + if you can create outstanding AI UGC content) - Not just AI slop genuinely high quality hyper realistic AI UGC

Key Responsibilities:

•Skillfully edit and assemble recorded footage into a finished project that matches the director’s vision and is suitable for broadcasting.
•Work closely with our creative team to brainstorm and bring to life innovative ad concepts.
•Ensure the final product is in line with our quality standards and client requirements.
•Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines.
•Incorporate feedback from the creative team and clients to refine the final product.
•⁠ ⁠Be able to source your own broll ( product broll will obviously be provided )
•⁠ ⁠You need to have made AI voice over before and be able to make realistic voice overs.
•⁠ ⁠Ideally be experienced with hyper realistic AI UGC ( this is a massive + if you can create outstanding AI UGC content) - Not just AI slop genuinely high quality hyper realistic AI UGC
•⁠ ⁠Able to make at least 2+- ads a day

Qualifications:

•? ?Proven experience as a UGC Video Editor with a strong portfolio of working on Meta Ads.
•? ?Must understand Direct Response Editing.
•? ?A team player who thrives in collaborative environments
•? ?Someone open to learning more and improving their skills on a regular basis.
•? ?Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
•? ?Excellent understanding of the full video production process.
•? ?Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects concurrently.
•? ?Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines
•? ?Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
•? ?Experience with using Adobe Premiere Pro
