About us

Purple Sector is a web app for track-day drivers, racers and karters. A driver uploads the data file from their lap timer or logger (MyChron, AiM, VBOX, RaceBox and more), and our AI coach shows them on a map exactly which corner is costing them time and what to change next session. We're growing in Australia, and we want to partner with the people who bring drivers together: event organisers, kart clubs, race teams, driving coaches, and well-connected drivers and karters.

What you'll do

- Find partners. Build lists of Australian track-day organisers, kart clubs, race teams, driver coaches, driving schools, and drivers or karters with a following: who runs them, how to reach them through their public business channels, and upcoming events.
- Reach out. Send personal emails and social DMs from our templates (adapted to each partner, never copy-paste spam), and follow up politely.
- Book and run demos. Book short video calls, and run the demo yourself from our demo account once you're trained. You'll show a real lap debrief.
- Set partners up. Help each partner with their offer: free debriefs for event entrants, club member discounts, team or coach access. Issue their partner code or link, and give them the post or email text to send their drivers.
- Keep the CRM up to date. Log every contact and stage in our Notion board: Found → Contacted → Demo → Trial → Signed → Active.
- Report weekly. Contacts made, replies, demos, partners signed, drivers activated, and what partners are saying.

What we're looking for

- Proven outreach, partnerships or B2B sales experience. Show us results: meetings booked, deals closed, reply rates.
- Excellent written English. You write short, natural, friendly messages that real people reply to.
- Comfortable on video calls, with clear spoken English.
- Organised and reliable. You follow up without being chased, and the CRM is always current.
- Self-starter: you can find the right person at a club or event company with a bit of digging.
- Big bonus: an interest in motorsport, karting, track days or sim racing, or experience selling to sports clubs, events or teams.
- Nice to have: experience with Notion, Google Sheets and LinkedIn.

Bonuses (on top of base)

- US$75 per signed partner that brings at least 10 drivers who analyse a lap (within 60 days).
- 10% of revenue from your partners' drivers for 12 months from each driver's first payment, paid monthly. This keeps paying while you build your book of partners.
- Clear monthly targets agreed in your first week.

How we work

- We give you: training on the app and the offers, a demo account, outreach templates, a partner pitch deck, a Notion CRM and a work email.
- Clear, pre-approved partner offers you can make on the spot (event passes, club discounts, free access for partners, referral payouts). Anything beyond them comes to us first. You never promise lap-time gains.
- 30-day paid trial. Targets for the trial: about 40 partners contacted, 8 demos booked, 2 partners signed.
- You must work at least 3-4 hours a day during Australian business hours (AEST, UTC+10).
