JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities:

* Provide guidance on feeding routines, bottle hygiene, diaper changing, bathing, and soothing.
* Help parents understand newborn cues and establish suitable daily routines.
* Explain safe sleep practices and newborn hygiene.
* Answer general newborn care questions through scheduled video calls and messages.
* Advise parents when a concern requires attention from a qualified healthcare professional.

Requirements:

* Practical experience caring for newborns and young infants.
* Relevant certificates or training in newborn care, childcare, or nursing.
* Infant first aid and CPR certification preferred.
* Previous experience as a newborn nanny, maternity nurse, or infant caregiver is an advantage.
* Good English communication skills.
* A patient, caring, and reliable personality.
