JOB OVERVIEW

We're an Australian web and branding agency specialising in premium websites and digital marketing for architects, builders, and property businesses.

We're looking for an experienced, hands-on SEO Specialist with strong Webflow experience to take ownership of the day-to-day execution of our clients' SEO campaigns.

This is not an entry-level position. We need someone who already has a strong understanding of SEO, knows how to optimise websites effectively, and can confidently implement improvements without constant guidance.

Our SEO strategy, keyword research, and campaign direction will be handled by our strategist. Your responsibility is to take that strategy and execute it to a high standard.

What You'll Be Doing:

– On-page SEO: Optimising titles, meta descriptions, headings, content, images, URLs, and page structure.

– Technical SEO: Identifying and resolving indexing issues, crawl errors, broken links, redirects, canonical tags, and other technical problems.

– Webflow SEO: Making SEO improvements directly inside Webflow, including CMS collections, page structures, redirects, and technical settings.

– Internal linking: Identifying and implementing strategic internal linking opportunities across websites.

– Google Business Profile: Optimising listings, services, categories, posts, and local SEO signals.

– Content optimisation: Publishing and optimising service pages, landing pages, and blog articles.

– SEO reporting: Monitoring keyword rankings, organic traffic, leads, and overall campaign performance.

– Conversion optimisation: Identifying opportunities to improve website enquiries, landing pages, and calls to action.

What We're Looking For:

– 3+ years of proven, hands-on SEO experience, preferably with agencies or service-based businesses.

– Webflow experience is required. You must be confident working inside the Webflow Designer and CMS, not just editing basic content.

– Advanced understanding of on-page SEO, technical SEO, internal linking, and local SEO.

– Demonstrated experience improving organic keyword rankings and traffic through SEO implementation.

– Strong knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4, Google Business Profile, and tools such as Ahrefs or SEMrush.

– Ability to independently audit website pages, identify SEO issues, and implement the necessary fixes.

– Understanding of local SEO and lead generation for service-based businesses.

– Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and communication.

– Ability to work independently, take initiative, and consistently deliver high-quality work.

What Success Looks Like:

You'll be provided with the overall SEO strategy, target keywords, and campaign priorities.

From there, we expect you to confidently handle the execution, identify additional opportunities, resolve issues, and ensure that every website is properly optimised.

We don't want someone who simply follows a checklist. We want someone who understands why SEO changes matter, can make informed decisions, and takes ownership of their work.

Our focus is on real results: improved keyword rankings, qualified organic traffic, and more enquiries for our clients.

Role Details

– Location: Philippines (Remote)

– Hours: Initially 15–20 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role.

– Schedule: Flexible hours between 9am to 6pm Brisbane time

– Long-term opportunity as our SEO client portfolio grows.

How to Apply

Please answer the following questions:

SEO experience: Share an SEO campaign where you personally implemented changes that improved rankings or organic traffic. What did you do, and what were the results?

Webflow experience: How long have you worked with Webflow, and what SEO-related tasks have you personally implemented within it? Please share examples of Webflow websites you've worked on.

Technical SEO: If a service page is indexed but struggling to rank for its target keyword, how would you investigate and improve it?

Availability: How many hours per week can you work, and what is your expected hourly rate in AUD?

Important: Applications without demonstrated SEO experience and practical Webflow experience will not be considered.

Please include examples of websites you've personally optimised and explain your involvement.
