JOB OVERVIEW

Support Crest is a B2B prospecting and lead research business that provides clients with targeted, verified prospect data through white-label fulfilment partners.
We are looking for a reliable, organised Client Operations & Fulfilment Coordinator to manage the day-to-day communication and workflow between our clients, Support Crest, and our white-label data/research partners.
Your main responsibility will be to ensure that client requirements are collected clearly, passed accurately to our fulfilment partners, monitored through completion, quality-checked, and delivered back to the client on time.
You will act as the operational link between all parties and help keep the service running smoothly without requiring constant involvement from the business owner.

Responsibilities include:
- Onboarding new clients and collecting their targeting requirements
- Clarifying industries, locations, company sizes, job titles, prospect volumes, exclusions, and custom data requirements
- Preparing clear research briefs for white-label fulfilment partners
- Liaising with white-label agencies and external research providers
- Monitoring deadlines and following up on outstanding work
- Reviewing completed prospect lists for obvious quality issues
- Checking formatting, completeness, duplicates, and required data fields
- Coordinating corrections or replacements with providers where necessary
- Delivering completed prospect lists to clients
- Responding to routine client questions and update requests
- Managing targeting changes for recurring monthly clients
- Maintaining organised client records, briefs, delivery schedules, and communication history
- Updating CRM/project-management systems
- Escalating major client issues, unusual requests, pricing matters, or disputes to the business owner

You will not be expected to:
- Cold call or close sales unless separately agreed
- Personally research every prospect from scratch
- Make major pricing or contractual decisions
- Handle complex disputes independently
Ideal candidate:
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Strong written English
- Confident communicating with clients and external suppliers
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, Google Workspace, CRM systems, Slack/Teams, and project-management tools
- Able to follow systems and checklists
- Proactive with follow-ups and deadlines
- Comfortable working independently
- Experience in lead generation, B2B data, agencies, virtual assistance, account coordination, or project coordination is a bonus
Primary goal of the role:
Keep every client account moving smoothly from client brief → provider fulfilment → quality check → final delivery, while keeping communication professional and organised.
