Imagine a sales role where you get to d
An Australian SaaS founder is making his first-ever sales hire — and rather than handing you a script to follow, he wants to build the playbook with you, then trust you to run it. You'll work directly with him (no managers, no coordinators, no layers), get proper one-on-one time to learn the product in week one, and have real support while you find your feet. After that, the targeting, the cadence, the process — it's yours to shape.
If you've ever run someone else's outreach and thought "I'd do this differently," this is your chance to actually do it differently — with a founder who's genuinely asking for your ideas.
Why you'll enjoy this role
- Your ideas carry real weight. Targeting, outreach cadence, qualification criteria, CRM workflow — you help design all of it. He sets the goal; the how is yours.
- Even the tools are up for discussion. The CRM is currently Pipedrive, but if you think Go High Level (or something else) works better, he'll honestly consider switching. He's hiring you for your expertise, not just your output.
- You work directly with the founder. One relationship, clear communication, fast decisions.
- You're trusted, not tracked. Success means qualified meetings on his calendar — not hours logged, not screenshots, not activity reports.
- The product is easy to believe in. It's a digital signature and document management platform with a genuine edge: documents are verified on a blockchain ledger, giving absolute proof nothing was ever altered — at a lower price than DocuSign. Prospects actually want to hear about it.
- You won't be thrown in the deep end. Week one is structured onboarding: your own product login and real one-on-one time with the founder, so you can talk about the product with confidence before any outreach begins. And he reviews message content with you before it goes out — so you're never guessing alone.
- There's a clear path forward. If the first three months go well, the role converts to full-time with a bigger scope.
What you'll get from us
- PHP 21,250/month + PHP 750/month benefits
- 13th month pay
- 10 days paid annual leave
- 5 days paid sick leave
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator access — provided for you
- Family-friendly part-time hours: Monday to Thursday, 10:00 am – 3:00 pm AEST (Brisbane) — around 20 hours a week, with afternoons and every Friday free
- A genuine full-time pathway if the first three months go well
What your days will look like
- Finding the right people — identifying and qualifying SME decision-makers (C-suite, directors, owners) in fitness and wellness, cosmetic injectables, and lending/debt collection
- Running LinkedIn outreach — connection requests, sequences, and follow-up messaging
- Writing messages that get replies — drafting and refining based on what the response rates tell you, with the founder reviewing content before it goes out
- Keeping the pipeline tidy — maintaining the CRM: lead records, conversation status, next steps, and flagging leads that have gone cold
- Booking meetings — scheduling 15-minute discovery calls and 30-minute demos into the founder's calendar (he runs the calls; you fill the diary)
- Shaping the system together — in your first two to four weeks, you and the founder will agree what a qualified lead looks like, the outreach cadence, and the CRM workflow
- Quick daily updates — a short summary on Microsoft Teams so he always knows where things stand. No long reports, no micromanagement.
You'll feel right at home here if you…
- Have run real LinkedIn outreach campaigns before — you can comfortably chat about what you sent, what the response rates were, and what you tweaked along the way. (We genuinely love hearing about the experiments that didn't work — that's how we know you've really done this.)
- Enjoy building rather than following — a role with room to figure out what works sounds like fun, not stress
- Like running your own day — planning your time, tracking your progress, and raising things early rather than waiting to be asked
- Write clearly and well in English — your messages are the first impression prospects get, so polished writing matters here
- Keep a tidy CRM — your pipeline tells a story, not just stores data
- Enjoy a relaxed, no-pretence working relationship — the founder is friendly, casual, and direct. He says what he means, appreciates a good sense of humour, and cares about results over formality. If that sounds refreshing, you'll get along great.
Bonus points (nice, but truly not required)
- Go High Level experience
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience
- Background in fitness and wellness, cosmetic injectables, or lending and debt collection
- B2B SaaS outreach experience
- Experience positioning a product against a big-name competitor like DocuSign
Don't have the bonuses? Apply anyway. The essentials above are what matter — everything else can be learned.
One thing worth knowing
Because this is a brand-new function, there's no existing process to inherit — you'll be creating it, with the founder's close support in the early weeks. For the right person, that's the best part of the job: your fingerprints on everything, and the freedom to work the way you know works. If "here's the goal — show us what works" sounds like an adventure, we'd love to meet you.
