I run direct-response e-commerce brands scaled on Meta ads. I’m hiring one creative strategist who already produces winning ads. This is not a training role, and I won’t be holding your hand.
What the job is:
- Research avatars, competitors and the Meta Ad Library to find angles worth testing
- Turn those angles into briefs and concepts for image ads, video ads and UGC scripts
- Write ad copy, listicles and landing page copy
- Read the Meta data, work out why ads won or lost, and build the next round of tests from it
- Own a weekly testing roadmap and the results that come from it
Who this is for:
- You’ve made ads that spent real money and hit KPIs, and you can prove it. You understand angles, concepts and hooks. You write clearly. You don’t need to be managed.
Who this is NOT for:
- Anyone who can’t show results
- Anyone who talks about strategy but has no winning ads behind it
- Anyone who needs step-by-step instructions
- Anyone juggling more brands than they can give real attention to
How to apply:
Put Creative Strategist and your name in the subject line. Answer all seven questions below. If you skip one, give a vague answer, or send a generic pitch, I’ll delete your application without replying. Specific names, numbers and screenshots only.
- Track record: Show me Ads Manager screenshots or proof of big winning ads you created.
- Brands and spend: Which brands are you working with now and which have you worked with before? Roughly what monthly ad spend were they doing?
- Current workload: How many brands are you actively working with right now?
- Proof of recent winners: Pull up 3 to 5 winning ads from the last 60 days, each with at least $[X] in spend and hitting KPIs. Walk me through what made each one work. What’s your current hit rate with the brands you’re on?
- Systems: What does your creative pipeline look like from research to delivery, and how do you keep it organized?
- Staying tapped in: What courses have you taken, and what is your number one go-to spot for creative inspiration?
- Past transitions: Why did you and your previous brands part ways?
