About the Position

We are looking for an experienced, highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused professional to manage our Shopify store, assist customers, support sales, coordinate digital marketing, and oversee daily e-commerce operations.

We need someone who can work independently, solve problems, take initiative, and help our business grow.

This is not an entry-level position. Strong Shopify experience, excellent customer communication skills, and project management abilities are required.**

Key Responsibilities

1. Shopify Store Management**
- Manage and maintain our Shopify store using the Prestige theme.
- Create, update, and optimize products, collections, and landing pages.
- Write SEO-friendly product descriptions, titles, and metadata.
- Maintain website navigation, product specifications, and images.
- Monitor product inventory and availability.
- Identify and resolve website issues.
- Improve website functionality and shopping experience.
- Maintain accurate product pricing, shipping information, and policies.
- Support Google Merchant Center and Google Ads readiness.

2. Customer Service & Sales**

- Answer customer calls, emails, SMS, and website chat messages.
- Respond to Instagram and Facebook customer inquiries.
- Provide professional, personalized luxury concierge service.
- Help customers choose products based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Explain product features, dimensions, materials, delivery, and warranty information.
- Prepare quotes and follow up with potential customers.
- Follow up with abandoned carts and qualified leads.
- Assist customers throughout the purchasing process.
- Provide order status updates.
- Coordinate with suppliers and shipping partners when needed.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Help convert customer inquiries into sales.
- Maintain accurate customer records in Shopify and HighLevel.

3. Digital Marketing & Social Media Management**
- Manage social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Schedule and publish approved content.
- Maintain organized monthly content calendars.
- Write engaging captions, product descriptions, and promotional messaging.
- Support Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management.
- Monitor website traffic, customer inquiries, and marketing performance.
- Help improve lead generation and conversion rates.
- Maintain consistent luxury brand messaging.

Professional video editing is not required for this position.*

4. CRM, AI & Automation**
- Manage customer information and leads using HighLevel.
- Maintain automated email and SMS follow-up campaigns.
- Monitor and improve customer service workflows.
- Support AI chatbots and automated customer communication.
- Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to improve productivity.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks.

5. Project Management & Business Operations**
- Organize daily priorities and deadlines.
- Manage assigned projects independently.
- Coordinate with suppliers and external service providers.
- Track customer orders and pending quotes.
- Follow up on unfinished tasks.
- Identify problems and recommend solutions.
- Provide daily updates and weekly performance reports.
- Support management with business growth initiatives.

Mandatory Qualifications

- Proven Shopify e-commerce management experience.
- Strong knowledge of Shopify products, collections, and SEO.
- Previous customer service and sales experience.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Confidence communicating with customers by telephone.
- Experience with CRM systems and customer follow-up.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience using ChatGPT or similar AI tools.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

- Shopify Prestige theme experience.
- HighLevel CRM and marketing automation.
- Google Merchant Center and Google Ads.
- Meta Ads Manager.
- Luxury retail or high-ticket product sales experience.
- Supplier coordination and order management.
- Shopify Liquid, HTML, or CSS knowledge.
