ABOUT EXPOSURE IT

Exposure It Real Estate Media is a real estate photography, video, drone, virtual staging, and floor plan company serving real estate agents in the Pittsburgh, PA area. We promise our clients their finished media by noon the next business day. Our remote team, including our overnight editors and QC, is mostly based in the Philippines.

THE ROLE IN ONE SENTENCE

You own our weekend morning delivery: confirm every order is edited and QC'd, match the files, and deliver to our real estate agent clients in Spiro.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are paying a weekend premium because we want someone who has already done real estate media delivery. If you have delivered orders in Spiro (or HDPhotoHub, Aryeo, Tonomo, RelaHQ, or Fotello) and you understand how an AutoHDR or real estate photo editing workflow moves from upload to final delivery, you will feel at home quickly. Our delivery coordinator will train you on our exact process.

SCHEDULE (EVERY WEEKEND)

• Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 to 11:00 AM U.S. Eastern Time
• In Philippine time: 7:00 to 11:00 PM PHT now, and 8:00 PM to 12:00 midnight PHT after U.S. clocks fall back on November 1 • Saturday: deliver Friday's shoots. Usually 6 to 24 orders, about 11 on average, taking about 2 to 3 hours.
Goal: every order delivered by 10:30 AM ET.
• Sunday: 0 to 3 orders, usually under an hour
• About 8 paid hours per week in total. Please be available for the full 7:00 to 11:00 AM ET window both days. You are paid for the time you are clocked in and working.

PAY AND TERMS

• $10 USD per hour, paid hourly. This is a premium rate for weekend work and real estate media experience.
• At current volume, that is roughly $40 to $50 USD per week
• Independent contractor role
• Time tracking: we use Time Doctor. It runs only while you are clocked in during your shift, never outside it. We will show you exactly what it records before your first shift.

WHAT YOU WILL DO EACH SHIFT

• Confirm each order is fully edited and QC'd before it goes out. Our overnight QC person finishes on Saturday mornings, so you check that every order is ready.
• Match the Dropbox files to each order and catch anything missing
• Deliver finished photos and video to our real estate agent clients in Spiro
• Flag any issue in Slack right away so the team can fix it
• Work through the list steadily so Saturday deliveries are done by 10:30 AM ET

WHAT THIS ROLE DOES NOT INCLUDE

• No direct client calls. You work behind the scenes with our team in Slack.

MUST HAVE: EXPERIENCE AND TOOLS

• Hands-on experience with at least one real estate media platform. Spiro is strongly preferred. HDPhotoHub, Aryeo, Tonomo, RelaHQ, and Fotello also count.
• Familiarity with AutoHDR or a real estate photo editing workflow
• Dropbox: finding, checking, and matching files to orders
• Slack
• Reliable internet, plus a backup internet connection and backup power
• Available every Saturday and Sunday for the full shift

MUST HAVE: HOW YOU WORK

• Strong written English
• Detail oriented. You catch a missing file before the client does.
• Steady and focused with a morning deadline
• Speaks up early in Slack when something looks wrong

NICE TO HAVE

• Real estate photo QC experience
• Time Doctor experience
