Medical Billing & DME Specialist – Bilingual Spanish/English

NYR is a busy, growing medical billing company looking for a motivated, sharp, and detail-oriented team player to join our team!

We are specifically looking for someone who is fluent in both Spanish and English and can communicate confidently and professionally in both languages.

In this role, you will become an expert in billing for DME items, a variety of important tasks, including:

Researching billing, insurance, and compliance issues

Translate calls between Spanish speaking patients and English speaking employees.

Reviewing insurance requirements and documentation

Following up on claims and outstanding issues

Learning and applying our billing processes and guidelines

The ideal candidate is:

Fast, efficient, and highly productive

Smart, sharp, and able to learn new information quickly

Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken

A strong and confident communicator

Detail-oriented and organized

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Able to manage multiple tasks and stay productive throughout the day

Reliable, responsible, and willing to learn

Medical billing or U.S. healthcare insurance experience is preferred
