JOB OVERVIEW

HIRING: Remote Operations & Sales VA (US Eastern hours)

U.S. house-cleaning company looking for one VA. About half the job is phone sales (calling inbound leads, booking jobs, following up on the ones who don't book). The other half is day-of ops: scheduling, access/parking details, confirming payment before cleans, and covering when a cleaner cancels. Not a call-center script job and not pure admin.

Hours (US Eastern Time, live coverage):
• Sun + Mon: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET (alone on shift)
• Tue + Wed: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM ET
• Thu: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM ET
• Fri (optional): 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM ET
• Saturday off
• 35 hrs/week with Fridays off, or 40 hrs/week working Fridays. Your choice.
• You open every day at 8:00 AM ET when cleans start

Pay: $7/hr. Paid vacation after 90 days. Small team, and you work directly with the owner and Head of Sales. People who perform well can be promoted.

Requirements:
• Strong, natural English on the phone
• Real experience closing or booking customers by phone
• Can work alone and solve messy problems without waiting on a manager
• Cleaning-industry background is a plus, not required
• Call-center experience is fine if you're comfortable leaving the script
