JOB OVERVIEW

Pay: $5 per video | $4 paid trial video
Workload: 3 videos per day, with opportunities for more
Type: Long-term, remote, flexible hours

I'm a content creator with over 200,000 followers across social media, and I'm looking for tech-savvy AI B-roll specialists to join my content production team.

This is NOT a traditional video editing position. You will not be responsible for editing my videos. I already have editors for that.

Your job is to create clean, high-quality screen recordings and AI-generated animations that my editors can use in the finished videos.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Creating ChatGPT & Claude Screen Recordings

Follow provided scripts, B-roll guides, and reference videos.

Record yourself interacting with ChatGPT, Claude, and occasionally other tools such as Obsidian.

Write and adjust prompts to produce the specific results needed for each video.

Capture clear, natural-looking typing, clicking, scrolling, and AI responses.

Closely recreate reference videos when requested.

2. Creating Animations With Claude Code

Use Claude Code to create clean, modern animations that explain concepts visually.

Follow the animation instructions and style references provided.

Independently troubleshoot and improve animations until they look good.

Avoid cheesy graphics, unnecessary effects, and overly complicated visuals.

Deliver high-resolution animation recordings or files that my video editors can use.

You do NOT need to be a professional programmer, but you must be comfortable using AI tools and learning how to create animations with Claude Code.

What I'm Looking For

Experience using ChatGPT and Claude is REQUIRED.

Comfortable writing and adjusting AI prompts to get specific outputs.

Experience with Claude Code is strongly preferred.

Able to follow detailed instructions independently without constant supervision.

Able to closely recreate references.

Strong English comprehension and communication.

Able to produce crisp, high-quality recordings (1080p minimum).

Reliable, responsive, and comfortable communicating through WhatsApp.

A computer capable of running Claude Code and recording animations smoothly.

You do not need professional video editing experience.

What I'll Provide

Scripts, B-roll guides, and reference videos.

Animation instructions and examples.

Access to necessary AI tools or paid subscriptions.

Feedback and guidance when needed.

Consistent work for successful applicants.

Workload & Payment

$5 per completed B-roll video.

$4 for the paid trial video.

Target output: 3 videos per day, with additional work available.

Daily delivery deadline: 9:00 AM Arizona time.

Revisions expected within 24 hours (usually 0–2 rounds).

Additional compensation may be available for sponsored content.

Videos typically range from 30 seconds to 90 seconds in final length.

This is intended to be a long-term position.

Have you ever used AI to create animations, websites, or interactive visuals? Explain your experience.

What computer do you use? Include RAM and operating system.

Can you consistently deliver 3 B-roll assignments per day by 9:00 AM Arizona time?

Are you comfortable with $5 per completed video and a $4 paid trial?

Please also include examples of anything you've made using AI, especially animations, screen recordings, or Claude Code projects.

I'm looking for someone who can take instructions, figure things out independently, and consistently deliver great work without needing constant hand-holding.
