You'll work directly with our amazing manager ( 20 years old from Europe, with over 3 years of real experience in this exact space ), who has personally prepared A FEW HOURS of step-by-step tutorials on Loom to teach you everything from the ground up.
No confusion. No guessing. No wasted time. ( Most team members learned the workflow within a few days and are now working fully independently )


THE BIG ONE: we've built our OWN software - DOVA
This is what makes this job different from every other AI UGC job out there. We've built a whole custom desktop app ( Windows + Mac ) for our team, and it's already live and used every single day.

- CapCut on DESKTOP ( not only mobile )
- A computer with at least 16GB RAM and 50GB+ of FREE SSD storage ( Windows PC or Apple-chip Mac M1/M2/M3/M4 - older Intel Macs are NOT supported by our app )
- Stable internet
- Good written English and fast replies on ----------
- Available 6 days per week and able to start "tomorrow"
- Early hours, no need to stay up to 4am YOUR time


INSTANT REJECTION ( we check every single application - no second chances )
- No proof-of-work screen recording, or a recording that doesn't show YOUR CapCut project + generation history
- Portfolio videos that are downloaded, reposted, watermarked or clearly someone else's work
- Drive link that's private / "request access" or broken portfolio links which can't be open

What kind of videos will you create?
Simple UGC-like short-form videos fully based on scripts provided by us. We work within the pet niche so all videos are friendly to create for. We'll be doing 8-16 videos a day but again this should NOT take more than 8 hours per day ( only once trained )

The process is straightforward:
Read the script, using your creativity to generate high-quality base images which will get approved by our manager, ( the software will be turning these images into video clips overnight ), picking the best videos, dead air cuts and trimming, other editing process and uploading the finished project to Google Drive. The whole process is 90% creating the right images/video clips - and DOVA does most of the heavy lifting for you. Everything is shown clearly in the training.

You'll be creating 8-16 videos a day ( around 1-2 min ), but these are NOT complex edits. Difficulty level: 6/10 ( 80% is outsourced by DOVA ) and don't let it scare you. This is absolutely achievable because our manager can do 40+ within a day so we know you may have worked with previous clients doing manual work in tools like Google Flow where it's not possible but here we take efficiency to another level.

Training & onboarding ( this is the biggest advantage )
If your application stands out, our reply will already include a Loom tutorial walking you through our workflow and DOVA - so you can see exactly what the job looks like before you even start.
Once hired, you get the full structured video-training. Only 1h in total, though most people don't need all of it. The workflow is clear - no missing steps and no "figure it out yourself."


Daily workload ( important )
As mentioned, You'll create around 8 to 16 videos per day ( 1-2 min long ). We'll start with a smaller amount and increase it later - this won't affect your monthly pay. At first it may take you longer, but once learned ( and with DOVA doing most of the repetitive work ) it becomes very manageable.
In reality, you'll have exactly 8 unique "AI influencers" who all use the same scripts. So it's really just 1-2 original videos PER INFLUENCER, each with a very similar structure.

Your job is simple:
Create the videos, export them, and deliver them daily.
That's it. No posting. No account management. No stress.

Salary & payments
Full-time, 6 days per week, under 10 hours per day ( ultimately under 8h once you're efficient - and working less won't reduce your salary, quite the opposite! )

Starting salary is around $440-$520/month based on experience, with potential to increase to $540+ based on performance, dedication, and quality.

Payments are ideally monthly, in any currency or method available in your country ( we'll try ).

To build trust, we pay you $100 after your first week, with the remaining balance at month end. ( We've been scammed on other platforms before, so please respect this ) OR weekly, bi-weekly - up to you.

And remember: we cover hundreds of dollars per month in paid tools + our own software, so your pay is 100% profit + refunds for any required costs.


PROOF OF WORK ( MANDATORY - applications without this are ignored )
We've received too many portfolios with stolen or downloaded videos, so we now require proof that the work is YOURS:
1. A Google Drive link ( set to "Anyone with the link" ) with ALL of YOUR AI UGC videos / full edits.
2. A 1 min second screen recording ( Loom or unlisted YouTube or Google Drive ) where you:
- open the CapCut DESKTOP project of one of those videos and scroll through the timeline,
- show the generation history of at least one clip in the AI tool you made it with ( Veo/Flow, Kling, etc. ),
No recording = no review. It takes 1 minute and saves us both a lot of time.
