Requirements:
English proficiency in text and speech
5am to 1pm Philippines Time Zone 6 days a week

Areas of Responsibility:
1. Car rentals calendar + messaging + maintenance
2. AirBNB calendar + messaging
3. Expenses records, income reports for clients, and other admin tasks
4. Advisory / auditing role

Description:
I am the business owner for AirBNBs and car rentals and need someone who can help me with the logistics of my operations for car rentals helping with things such as guest delays, car dropoff and pickup logistics, and maintenance records and scheduling. You will also be assisting with AirBNB messages between 52pm and 10pm Phoenix Time Zone. This is the logistics and admin assistant part of the job.
The CORE of this job is the advisor role. I am looking to train someone who can understand my businesses and think how I can and analyze the numbers and metrics. Once you have the training to understand how the business works, you will be helping with advising me on areas we can improve, be more efficient, and how we can expand. I will be providing over 2 months of training for this advisor role. After 6-9 months you will be able to think how I think of the businesses and operate at an executive level, capable of making decisions without my approval.
You will be working with another virtual assistant who is also based in the Philippines. Her hours are 12am to 8am Philippines Time Zone so you will have a 3h overlap so you can transfer over any tasks you're working on or any guest issues still ongoing.

Notes:
Experience in AirBNB or car rentals is not required. You MUST be extremely proficient at using technology for work. If you speak Spanish please let us know
