JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative, reliable, and motivated Virtual Assistant to manage our social media accounts, edit videos, distribute content, and help grow our brands organically. THIS IS A FULL TIME POSITION, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANYONE WHO HAS OTHER COMMITMENTS WITH AN EMPLOYER OR CLIENT.

**I will be responsible for filming the content. Your responsibility will be turning that raw footage into engaging content, posting it consistently, growing our online presence, and helping generate leads.**

We want someone who takes initiative and wants to help us build something long-term.

### Key Responsibilities

**1. Video Editing & Content Creation**

- Download raw video footage from shared cloud storage.
- Edit engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Edit long-form YouTube videos, including real estate tours, educational videos, and lifestyle content.
- Add captions, music, transitions, graphics, and engaging hooks.
- Create professional thumbnails, cover photos, and graphics using Canva.
- Repurpose content across multiple platforms.

**2. Social Media Management**

- Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube accounts.
- Schedule and publish content consistently.
- Write engaging captions, descriptions, titles, and hashtags.
- Maintain an organized content calendar.
- Manage multiple brands and social media pages.
- Monitor comments, messages, and engagement.
- Keep all accounts active, professional, and growing.

**3. Organic Social Media Growth & Strategy**

- Develop strategies to increase followers, engagement, views, and organic reach.
- Research trending content formats, popular topics, and competitors.
- Optimize YouTube videos for search visibility and discovery.
- Research relevant keywords and implement social media SEO strategies.
- Identify opportunities to grow our audience without paid advertising.
- Engage with relevant audiences and communities authentically.
- Suggest new video ideas and content opportunities.
- Analyze account performance and recommend improvements.
- Help turn organic social media traffic into real estate leads.
- Focus on building genuine followers and an engaged audience rather than artificial engagement.

**4. Content Organization & Reporting**

- Organize raw footage and completed content in shared cloud folders.
- Track content published across all platforms.
- Maintain a weekly posting schedule.
- Provide weekly reports on follower growth, video views, engagement, website traffic, and leads.
- Help develop a long-term organic content and marketing strategy.

### Qualifications

- Experience managing social media accounts professionally.
- Strong video editing skills using CapCut or similar software.
- Experience with Canva.
- Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube best practices.
- Proven experience growing social media accounts organically.
- Understanding of YouTube SEO, social media keywords, and content optimization.
- Strong written English and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented.
- Experience with real estate marketing is a major plus.
