JOB OVERVIEW

Creative Strategist

I'm looking for a Creative Strategist to work directly with me on creative strategy for DTC ecommerce brands.

Ideally, you already have some experience in creative strategy and want to expand your knowledge, sharpen your skills, and gain hands-on experience working with established ecommerce brands.

I'll personally mentor you through my creative strategy frameworks, workflows, research processes, and performance analysis methods.

**What you'll be doing:**
- Write **20 video ad scripts per week** based on creative research, customer insights, and proven advertising angles.
- Research competitors, winning ads, customer pain points, and market trends.
- Develop compelling hooks, angles, and creative concepts.
- Create clear creative briefs for video editors and designers.
- Analyze ad performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop new iterations based on winning creatives.
- Follow established creative strategy workflows and SOPs.

**What I'm looking for:**

Someone who already has a foundation in creative strategy, is proactive, organized, open to feedback, and eager to improve.

You don't need to be an expert. I'm looking for someone who understands the basics, is willing to learn, and wants to become a stronger performance-driven creative strategist.

You'll receive direct mentorship, structured workflows, regular feedback, and hands-on experience working with established DTC brands.

**Weekly deliverable:** 20 researched, well-structured, production-ready video ad scripts.
