Title: Executive Job Application & Outbound Sourcing Specialist (Remote Operations & PM Focus)

Job Type: High-Output Part-Time (20–30 hrs/week) Fulltime Based on performance
Compensation: $400 – $500 USD / month (Paid bi-weekly via Wise + performance cash bonuses per booked interview)
Target Velocity: 10–12 tailored end-to-end applications submitted/day | 1–2 scheduled interviews/week

About The Role:
I am an operations and project management leader holding 11+ years of experience across Fortune 500 plants and major enterprise manufacturers (Volvo Group, Revlon, Swisher, Veritas Steel), an active ---------- certification, asana admin certification, and a Google Project Management certification as well.

We are running an aggressive, systematic outbound campaign targeting remote(Work from Home) Roles in Operations Project Manager, Supply Chain Coordinator, and Manufacturing Operations roles.

You will directly submit applications on my behalf, customize each application package, and execute outbound recruiter follow-ups. Your core metric of success is generating 1 to 2 qualified recruiter screening calls per week. High performers earn additional cash bonuses for every completed first-round interview secured.

Communication & Collaboration Channels:
- WhatsApp: Primary channel for daily standup updates, end-of-day reports, and real-time alerts.
- Email ---------- Dedicated career inbox monitoring and formal document handoffs.
- Zoom: Weekly syncs or quick troubleshooting calls as needed.

Key Responsibilities & Daily Quotas:
1. Daily Sourcing & Pipeline Qualification (15+ Leads/Day):
- Scrub LinkedIn, Indeed, BuiltIn, Wellfound, ZipRecruiter, and company career pages daily for remote roles in Operations Management, Project Coordination/Management, Continuous Improvement, and Supply Chain.
- Filter strictly for high-match opportunities (targeting entry-to-mid level remote PM and operational leadership roles where my enterprise background creates an unfair advantage).

2. Complete End-to-End Application Submissions On My Behalf (10–12 Completed Submissions/Day):
- Fill out and submit all online job applications directly through ATS portals (Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Taleo, iCIMS, Ashby) using my designated profiles and credentials.
- Accurately answer standard screening questionnaires, work authorization fields, salary requirements, and demographic questions using a standardized Cheat Sheet I provide.
- Upload the correctly matched, tailored resume and tailored cover letter for each specific submission—zero generic or mismatched file uploads.

3. Rapid ATS-Tailored Application Packages:
- Customize my master resume for each target job using keyword extraction tools and AI prompt frameworks.
- Map exact keywords from the job description directly into my core bullet points while strictly maintaining verified quantitative metrics ($2M Volvo savings, 50% Revlon productivity spike, 30% Veritas shift improvement, 20% Swisher output growth).
- Generate and attach concise, highly specific 3-paragraph cover letters tailored to the company's pain points.

4. "Two-Pronged" Recruiter Hunting & Outreach Queue:
- For every application submitted, locate 1–2 decision-makers on LinkedIn (Hiring Manager, Talent Acquisition Partner, Director of PMO, or VP of Operations).
- Queue personalized, 300-character LinkedIn connection requests and InMails referencing the exact role applied for and citing relevant enterprise proof points.

5. Central ---------- Pipeline Hygiene:
- Log all activity in our central ---------- board: company name, job URL, tailored resume file link, recruiter contact URL, application date, and status.
- Maintain clean stage progressions: Lead Identified → Tailored → Applied → Recruiter Outreached → Screen Booked.

6. Inbox Scrubbing & Instant Interview Escalation:
- Monitor the designated career inbox ---------- throughout your shift for interview invites, screening links, or assessment requests.
- Immediately alert me via WhatsApp with the company name, role, and calendar booking link so interview slots are confirmed within 15 minutes of receipt.

Required Qualifications & Hard Skills:
- 1+ years proven experience submitting online job applications on behalf of clients, executive job sourcing, or virtual assistance.
- Direct familiarity with navigating and completing applications across major ATS portals (Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS).
- Strong working proficiency with ---------- (item tracking, column updates, status automation).
- Exceptional written English skills and sharp attention to detail (zero typos or incorrect company names).
- Familiarity with ChatGPT/Claude for prompt-based resume tailoring and keyword density matching.
- Reliable high-speed fiber internet, working webcam/mic for Zoom, and power backup.
