About Us
We are a Canadian-based multichannel e-commerce company specializing in outdoor power equipment (OPE) parts and accessories. Our sales channels include Amazon US/Canada, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, and major retail partners — Home Depot, Lowe's, and Tractor Supply. We operate a drop-ship model with a growing catalogue of over 1,000 active SKUs. We are looking for a detail-oriented, self-driven Catalogue Specialist to own our product content and market intelligence across all channels.
Role Overview
This is a content, data, and market intelligence role. You will be responsible for optimizing and maintaining our product listings across all platforms, monitoring listing health, tracking competitors, analyzing traffic and conversion data, and supporting new product decisions with market research. You will work with AI tools to maximize efficiency — your job is to guide, review, and execute, not to do everything manually.
Ideal Candidate Background
We are looking for someone with experience in auto parts, outdoor power equipment, hardware, tools, or industrial parts e-commerce. This is a fitment and compatibility-driven catalogue — technical accuracy is critical. The right candidate understands how part numbers, fitment notes, and technical specifications drive customer purchase decisions, and knows how to translate that into compelling, accurate listing content.
Work Arrangement
This is a fully remote position; however, it is not a flexible freelance role.
● You will be required to log in to our company cloud desktop (virtual office) every working day at your scheduled start time — this is your virtual workplace and all work is conducted within this environment.
● Punctuality is mandatory. Logging in late or going offline without notice is treated the same as being absent from a physical office.
● You will work Manila time. Our Toronto-based team and AI-assisted response system cover customer inquiries outside your working hours — no after-hours expectations.
● Overtime is required when business needs demand it. We expect you to see the job through when it matters.
● In return, we offer a stable base salary, performance bonus after probation, and a clear path to long-term career growth.
We are building a professional remote operation, not a casual side-gig arrangement. If you take pride in your work and want to be part of a disciplined, growing team — we want to hear from you.
