About Us
We are a Canadian-based multichannel e-commerce company specializing in outdoor power equipment (OPE) parts and accessories. Our channels include Amazon US/Canada, Walmart, eBay, and major retail partners — Home Depot, Lowe's, and Tractor Supply. We operate a drop-ship model with multiple 3PL partners and are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Operations Specialist to manage our day-to-day order flow and data operations.
Role Overview
This is a process-driven, execution-focused role. You will be the operational backbone of our business — ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time, reports are collected and organized on schedule, and our systems stay in sync across all channels.
Work Arrangement
This is a fully remote position; however, it is not a flexible freelance role.
● You will be required to log in to our company cloud desktop (virtual office) every working day at your scheduled start time — this is your virtual workplace and all work is conducted within this environment.
● Punctuality is mandatory. Logging in late or going offline without notice is treated the same as being absent from a physical office.
● Core working hours will be agreed upon at the time of offer.
● Overtime is required when operational needs demand it — order exceptions, SLA deadlines, and retailer compliance issues do not wait. We expect you to see the job through when it matters.
● In return, we offer a stable base salary, monthly KPI performance bonus, and a clear path to permanent employment and career growth.
We are building a professional remote operation, not a casual side-gig arrangement. If you take pride in your work and want to be part of a disciplined, growing team — we want to hear from you.
