Shopify Website & Instagram Social Media Manager

We are looking for an experienced and creative; Shopify Website & Social Media Manager to help us improve and grow our online fashion and accessories business.

Our company sells Jewelry, clothing, bags, and accessories, and we are looking for someone who can take responsibility for both our Shopify website and our Instagram presence.

The main goal is simple: create a professional and attractive online presence / shopify store that helps us sell more products.

Shopify Website Management: We are looking for someone who can improve and potentially redesign our existing Shopify website.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Improving the overall design and professional appearance of our Shopify store
- Making the website easier and more enjoyable for customers to use
- Improving the customer journey with a strong focus on conversions and sales
- Updating product pages and collections
- Adding and replacing product photos
- Checking and updating product information
- Making sure prices, descriptions, variants, links, images, and other product data are correct
- Keeping the website visually consistent and professional
- Making sure products featured on Instagram are correctly linked to the website
- Suggesting improvements that can help increase online sales

We are looking for someone who understands that a beautiful website is important, but **converting visitors into customers is the number-one priority.**

## Instagram & Social Media Management

You will also be responsible for managing our Instagram account on an ongoing basis for a fixed weekly fee of 500PHP.

You must have experience working with Meta Business Suite and be comfortable planning and scheduling Instagram content in advance.

Weekly Content Planning

At the beginning of every week, we expect to receive a clear content plan showing:

- Which products will be promoted
- Which photos/content will be posted
- The planned posting schedule for the week
- How the different products and categories will be presented

Because we sell jewelry, clothing, bags, and accessories, the content will include different types of products. However, the complete Instagram feed should still look professional, consistent, stylish, and visually connected as one brand. We are upcoming so we will add more and more items on our website.

### Posting Requirements

We expect:

- **1 Instagram post every day (7 days per week)**
- Posts planned and scheduled through Meta Business Suite
- Products correctly linked/tagged to our website
- Professional captions with a commercial focus with #
- A consistent visual style across the Instagram feed
- Regular Instagram Stories throughout the week
- Attractive and professionally organized Instagram Highlights
- Content that does not only look beautiful but is designed to **generate interest, website traffic, and sales**\
- ALL content needs to be translated in Dutch!!

## What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate:

- Has proven experience with Shopify
- Has experience redesigning and improving Shopify stores
- Has strong experience with Instagram management
- Has experience using Meta Business Suite
- Knows how to schedule Instagram content in advance
- Understands Instagram product/catalog integration
- Has a strong eye for fashion, jewelry, accessories, and visual branding
- Understands how to create a consistent and premium-looking Instagram feed
- Can edit photo's and can create good instagram post by just getting the article on photo with white background.
- Is commercially minded and understands that **selling products is our main objective**
- Can work independently and proactively, with good communication
- Is accurate when updating product information and website data
- Can create and follow a structured weekly content plan
- Communicates clearly and reliably
- We are looking for someone who is hardworking, reliable, and honest.

## Long-Term Position

We are looking for someone for a **long-term collaboration**, not just a one-time project.

Initially, there will be more work involved because we want to improve/redesign the Shopify website and make sure all products and information are correct.

After this initial phase, we would like you to continue managing and updating the website when necessary while taking ongoing responsibility for our Instagram account.

The social media management will be based on an agreed **fixed weekly price**.

We are looking for someone who can become a reliable long-term part of our business and help us build a **professional, consistent, sales-focused online brand.**

Please be aware, there are two functions in this vacancy, first is updating the website, we will give you our login of our other store, you can copy the product photo's and see all the correct articles with ean codes. We will give you 2000PHP for rebranding our website and make it perfect with a new design, all the items needs to have description, needs to have a headphoto and a second photo and all needs to have the good price with the correct EAN. We expect that if we check the website again, that there will be a totally better / proffessional website where our customers can build on. The 2000PHP is one time payment;

The second item is that you will weekly be our social media manager, you will plan all the content (7 posts) and story's and add them in the high lights for 700 PHP each week.
