I'm the owner of DIJKAds, an e-commerce performance growth agency. I'm looking for a hybrid LinkedIn specialist who can handle both manual lead generation and ghostwriting for my personal brand.
About DIJKAds and my ambitions
We are building an agency that helps international e-commerce brands scale. My ambition is to grow this agency significantly over the next few years, and I want to bring people along for the ride. I am not just looking for someone to do a few tasks for a couple of months. I am looking for a long-term team member who wants to be part of a growing business. If you do a great job and help us book calls and write good content, there will be plenty of room for your own career growth and earning potential as the agency scales.
What you will be doing:
- Lead generation: Sending 150 to 200 manual connection requests per week to founders, CMOs, and marketing directors. You will read their profiles to write personalized icebreakers, follow up using my scripts, and log warm leads in a Google Sheet for me to take over. (Approximately 100 conversations per week).
- Content creation: Turning my raw ideas (voice notes and bullet points sent via chat) into structured, highly engaging LinkedIn text posts. You will produce 4-5 posts per week.
- Brand voice and visuals: Studying my backlog of previous posts to accurately match my tone of voice. For some posts, you will also need to create simple accompanying graphics using Canva.
What I expect from you:
- At least 2 years of experience in LinkedIn lead generation and B2B copywriting.
- Advanced English skills. You need to hold natural conversations with prospects in the DMs and write posts that sound like a native speaker wrote them.
- Ability to take a messy "brain dump" and structure it into a compelling story or educational post.
- Basic Canva design skills.
- Availability to work Amsterdam time (CET/CEST).
- A reliable internet setup (minimum 20 Mbps) with a backup power source and backup internet connection.
- This is a part-time role requiring roughly 4 hours per day, 5 days a week (20 hours total per week).
