JOB OVERVIEW

Jack Tree Productions is a Vancouver, Canada-based video production and digital marketing growth partner specialising in trades, construction and home-service businesses. We combine high-quality video and creative with paid advertising, lead generation, landing pages and customer acquisition systems designed to produce measurable business results. We’re looking for a reliable, switched-on Digital Advertising & Marketing Specialist based in the Philippines to join our growing remote team.

This is not just an admin or virtual assistant position. We’re looking for someone who understands digital advertising, can think critically about campaign performance, and wants to become an important long-term member of our marketing operation.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Your core responsibility will be helping manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns for our clients, primarily across Meta Ads and Google Ads.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Building, launching and managing Meta advertising campaigns
- Building and managing Google Search campaigns
- Supporting YouTube advertising campaigns
- Monitoring campaigns and making ongoing optimisations
- Analysing CPL, CTR, CPC, conversion rates and other key performance metrics
- Testing audiences, creative, copy, offers and campaign structures
- Identifying underperforming campaigns and proactively recommending improvements
- Preparing clear weekly client performance reports
- Managing retargeting campaigns
- Helping organise and maintain advertising accounts
- Supporting landing pages, lead forms and conversion funnels
- Working inside GoHighLevel to help manage lead capture, pipelines, calendars, automations and CRM workflows
- Checking that leads and conversions are being tracked correctly
- Supporting social media scheduling and other digital marketing tasks when required
- Communicating regularly with Jack regarding campaign performance, problems and opportunities

JTP’s advertising work increasingly extends beyond simply generating a lead. We’re building systems that connect the ad → landing page → lead capture → qualification → booking → SMS/email follow-up → sales appointment → quote follow-up, so experience with funnels and CRM automation is a major advantage.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: You should already have hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager. Experience with Google Ads is also highly preferred.

WE'D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU:

- Have previous experience managing real paid advertising campaigns
- Understand lead-generation campaigns, not just boosting social posts
- Understand campaign structure, targeting, retargeting and optimisation
- Can interpret advertising data and explain what it actually means
- Are comfortable making optimisation decisions rather than waiting to be told exactly what to do
- Have strong attention to detail
- Are organised and reliable
- Communicate clearly in written English
- Can follow systems and processes
- Are comfortable working independently
- Are willing to learn new software and marketing systems
- Want a stable, long-term position where your responsibilities can grow over time
- Experience with GoHighLevel is highly desirable, particularly workflows, automations, calendars, pipelines, forms, landing pages, SMS/email follow-up and lead tracking.
- Experience with ClickUp, Google Drive, social media scheduling or other marketing tools is also beneficial.

**HOW TO APPLY** (Applications without the below WILL NOT be considered).

- A short introduction about yourself and your digital marketing experience.
- Your experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Examples of campaigns you have personally managed, including the objective, approximate budget and results where possible.
- Your experience with GoHighLevel (if you have any)
- The advertising metrics you normally look at when d ---------- whether a lead-generation campaign is performing well.
- Your expected monthly salary in CAD.
- Your current availability and how soon you could start.

A SHORT ANSWER TO THIS SCENARIO:
A Meta lead-generation campaign has been performing consistently for three weeks. Over the last four days, cost per lead has doubled and lead volume has dropped significantly. What would you investigate first?

*IMPORTANT NOTE* Please include the words “JTP Growth” at the beginning of your application so we know you have read the entire job post.
