JOB OVERVIEW

We're MV Corporate, a U.S.-based real estate, private lending, and investment company. We fund investor loans (DSCR, bank statement, bridge, fix-and-flip) and we run on an AI-powered team. We're hiring a Transaction Coordinator to keep every file moving from contract to clear-to-close. You'll be the person borrowers, brokers, lenders, and title companies count on for a straight answer.

WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT
We use AI tools every day for inbox triage, condition tracking, document review, and drafting. We are not looking for someone to retype checklists. We want someone who looks at a file, figures out what is actually missing, uses AI to move faster, and then picks up the phone to close the gap. A sharp coordinator who embraces AI will outperform a veteran who resists it.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own non-QM and investor loan files from submission through clear-to-close, handling several files each month
- Track conditions, deadlines, and contract milestones; know what's missing before anyone asks
- Call and email borrowers, brokers, lenders, title/escrow, insurance, and appraisal contacts
- Review documents for completeness: spot missing pages, signature errors, and mismatched entity details before underwriting does
- Keep GoHighLevel and Google Drive accurate and current
- Use AI tools to draft updates, summarize documents, and automate repeat tasks
- Send a daily end-of-day update: done, pending, needs attention
- Flag at-risk files early, with a recommendation, not just a question

WHAT WE NEED
- 2+ years of U.S. real estate experience, residential mainly
- Background in loan processing at a lending bank, a mortgage office or brokerage, or a real estate firm (bank-level processing experience is a big plus)
- Ability to process several loan files a month with accuracy and speed
- Working knowledge of non-QM, DSCR, or investor loans, and TRID/closing timelines
- Experience with an LOS and a CRM (GoHighLevel is a plus)
- Excellent spoken and written English; this role is on the phone with U.S. borrowers every day
- Comfort using AI tools, and the curiosity to keep learning them
- Organized, decisive, and thick-skinned; you follow up without reminders
- Reliable internet, backup power, and a quiet workspace
- Available during U.S. Central Time business hours

NICE TO HAVE
Entity-borrowing knowledge (LLCs, trusts), title/escrow coordination, private or hard money exposure.

AUTHORITY BOUNDARY
You coordinate and organize. You do not approve loans, quote terms, or give lending advice. Those decisions stay with leadership.
