JOB OVERVIEW

**About the Role**

We're hiring a Philippines-based Registered Nurse to prepare patient charts for a U.S. clinic before each clinic day. Your work helps providers start the day with the right clinical context already in place. The clinic uses an AI scribe during visits, so the goal is focused, concise prep that doesn't duplicate what the scribe already covers.

**What You'll Do**

- Review upcoming appointments and prepare charts after U.S. clinic hours
- Identify each visit's purpose, relevant prior visits, history, and chronic medications
- Complete chart-prep steps in the electronic medical record (EMR) following the clinic's guidelines
- Keep chart prep accurate and concise, and flag missing or unclear information instead of making assumptions
- Communicate questions and recurring workflow issues to the clinic team

**What We're Looking For**

- Registered Nurse (Philippine license) with hands-on clinical experience
- Strong attention to detail and sound judgment about what's clinically relevant to a visit
- Experience with EMRs and comfort learning new systems
- Clear, accurate written English
- Reliable internet and a quiet, private workspace suitable for handling patient information
- Ability to work independently on a schedule aligned with the U.S. clinic day

**Nice to Have (Not Required)**

- Experience in a U.S. outpatient clinic
- Prior remote chart-prep or medical virtual assistant experience

A U.S. nursing license is **not** required. The clinic will provide training on its chart-prep workflow.

**Hiring Process**
