Horse Business Builders helps horse professionals build profitable, sustainable businesses that serve the horse, the client, and their family. We build brands, websites, and systems for trainers, clinicians, and equine businesses, and we run on our own software, Horse Business Manager, a white-labeled GoHighLevel platform.
We are a team, not a task list. We want people who join for the long haul. Our video editor has been with us for over two years, and that is the kind of team we are building. We support every person on the team in reaching their personal and professional goals.
Our Christian values drive this company, and we see our business as a ministry: we exist to serve people. If you want to give your all to serve others and be part of a business that operates differently, we would love to meet you.
You will have a real say. You will own your area, and we expect you to help improve our systems, workflows, content, and the way we serve clients.
About this Role-
You will be the assistant to the founder and to the business. You are the person who keeps the back end of the company running so the rest of the team can focus on clients. Your work is structured, checklist-driven, and measured. You will not be asked to create content from scratch or guess what we want. You will assemble work using approved templates, calendars, and playbooks.
Your core responsibilities:
• Schedule approved social media content in Horse Business Manager across

• Attach the comment-to-DM automation to live posts at set times each day
• Help build client systems and sub-accounts in Horse Business Manager from our templates, and support team technical requests
• Help create lead magnets
• Draft contracts and invoices for review
• Take on other tasks as the business needs them
Schedule and pay
• Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm US Central Time. This is a firm requirement.
• Independent contractor, long-term position
• $750 to $1,000 USD per month depending on experience
You are a fit if you
• Have hands-on GoHighLevel experience: workflows, automations, calendars, social planner, and full system setup. This is required. We do not train on GoHighLevel.
• Write clear, professional English
• Follow written instructions exactly and double-check your work
• Take initiative: look at your responsibilities, see what needs to be done, and act without being told every step
• Solve problems on your own first, and ask when you are truly not sure
• Can work Central-time hours reliably, with a backup plan for internet and power outages
• Have a servant attitude: you do what the business needs, not only what is in the job description
• Want to be part of a team for the long term
Nice to have: familiarity with automation tools like Zapier, n8n, or Pabbly. Horse or agriculture industry experience is a plus but not required.
How we use AI
We use AI heavily to serve people faster, and you will too. We expect you to be competent with AI tools and to use them to work faster and with higher quality. We will give you access to our tools and resources.
One rule is not negotiable: nothing we publish or send may sound like AI. Social posts,
This is not a fit if you want a fixed list of tasks that never changes, wait to be told what to do next, or cannot solve problems on your own. This is not a creative role, but if you have a creative skill we want to know about it, and we will look for ways to use it.
How we work
• 10-minute team huddle every Monday morning
• Daily end-of-day report and a weekly report
• Clear targets with checkpoints at Day 30, Day 60, and Day 180. We tell you the standards up front and support you in hitting them.

Start your application with the words READY TO SERVE so we know you read this post. Then answer the questions in the application form and attach your resume. Shortlisted applicants will complete a DISC profile and a short project, recorded as a Loom walkthrough, before interviews.
