Sales Rep — Residential Cleaning | Remote

This Is a Sales Job

5 Star Home Cleaning is hiring a full-time Sales Rep who can CLOSE.
We operate residential cleaning companies across Arizona, Montana, and California. We generate the leads. Your job is to turn those leads into cash collected.

These are homeowners who have already requested a cleaning quote. You’ll get them on the phone, understand what they need, recommend the right service, ask for the sale, and collect payment on the call.
We are not looking for someone who is simply good on the phone.
We are looking for a results producer.

Your Job

Your priorities are simple:
Take scheduled quote calls and close them.
When you're not on a scheduled quote call, call our lead list and create more opportunities.
Collect payment.
Keep your pipeline and sales data accurate.
Get better every week.
We provide the leads, script, training, call reviews, and coaching.
You provide the performance.
How We Measure Success
We measure sales performance by cash collected.
Not conversations.
Not quotes given.
Not appointments booked.
Not how busy you were.
Cash collected.
If you book a $500 cleaning and the customer never pays, you produced $0 in collected revenue.
A successful call ends with:
“Yes, I want the cleaning — here's my card.”

Avoid asking for the sale
Are uncomfortable discussing money
Prefer “I'll follow up with you” instead of closing
Need constant reminders to call leads
Make excuses when numbers are low
Receive coaching but don't change your behavior
Want to be paid more without producing more value
Coachable does not mean listening to feedback.
Coachable means changing your behavior after receiving it.

Compensation

We have three performance levels:
Junior → Regular → Senior
Your income grows as your production grows.
You move up by hitting your cash-collected target for three consecutive months.
Each level increases both your base pay and commission opportunity.
Estimated monthly earnings:
Junior: $1,000–$1,500
Regular: $1,500–$2,000
Senior: $2,000–$2,660+
Commission is uncapped.
Produce more → earn more.
There is no artificial ceiling on what a strong closer can earn.
