JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking to hire full time for one who can build a working contact-enrichment system—not just recommend software.

What we want

Our team adds business contacts to a Google Sheet. The system fills in missing information:

First name · Last name · Company · Job title · LinkedIn profile link · Profile photo, where available

The results stay organized, uncertain matches are flagged, and our team can run the next batch without needing a developer.

What you’ll do

1. Prove it works.
Run a paid pilot with 30 eligible contacts. Show us the results, accuracy, missing information, and cost. Our list includes international contacts, particularly Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

2. Build the workflow.
Choose the right tools, connect them to Google Sheets, prevent duplicate processing, and make the system easy to operate. Confirm that the providers support our inputs, countries, and intended use before we buy subscriptions.

3. Hand it over.
Deliver the working automation, a short video walkthrough, and clear instructions. Our team should be able to add contacts, run a batch, and review the results.

Use supported integrations with publicly listed business-contact information or contacts who have agreed to enrichment. Accuracy matters more than filling every cell.

Who we’re looking for

You’ve built contact-enrichment workflows before using Clay, APIs, Make, n8n, or similar tools. You know how to distinguish a reliable professional-profile match from a guess.

We’re open to your recommended stack. What matters is that it works.

To apply

Send one example of a similar system you personally built, your proposed approach, and your price for the pilot. Separate your fee from software and data costs.

Answer one question:

“How would you prevent the wrong LinkedIn profile from being matched to a contact?”

We’ll start with the paid pilot and move to the full build once the results are proven.
