JOB OVERVIEW

We’re hiring a hands-on Facebook Ads Manager to own paid acquisition for a children’s health gummy brand. This is not a media-buying seat. We need someone who has already scaled gummy or similar consumable products and can run the full path from ad to creative to landing page management

Requirements:

4+ years managing Facebook/Meta ads, with $1M+ in proven spend you can show results for
Direct experience in the gummy category (or very close CPG/supplement adjacent), including how gummy offers, claims, and creative actually convert
Strong command of CAC, LTV, and subscription economics — you know how to buy for first order and for retained subscribers, not just cheap clicks
Led creative strategy and direction, not just traffic: briefed and managed creators and developers so ads, images, and landing pages stay aligned
Built and tested images and video yourself when the team needed speed
Designed and run structured tests across markets and audiences, then scaled what worked

What you’ll own

Meta account structure, budgets, bidding, and daily optimization
Creative strategy: angles, hooks, formats, and testing cadence
Direction of creators, designers, and developers so the ad, the asset, and the landing page tell the same story
Audience and market tests, with clear readouts on what to scale, kill, or iterate
Reporting tied to CAC, LTV, and subscription performance — not vanity metrics
AI tools & utilizing them for reporting

You should be comfortable making images and short-form video, writing tight briefs, and pushing a landing page or offer change when the data says the creative isn’t the problem.
