UGC & CONTENT MANAGER (Full-time, remote) — run creator campaigns for a fast-growing kitchen brand
ABOUT US
We are a fast-growing ecommerce company selling premium kitchen products to home cooks in the US, Europe and Australia. We grow mainly through paid video ads, so the people on camera and the content they make are the engine of the business.
THE ROLE
You own our creator content from end to end: who we work with, what they make, and whether it ships. You run our campaigns on Trybe, cast and hire talent on Backstage, brief every creator, get product into their hands fast, review every piece that comes back, and d
The job is half taste and half operations: you know what a great UGC piece looks like before it exists, and you keep thirty conversations moving without one going quiet.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Run our UGC campaigns on Trybe: write the campaign, pick the creators, brief them, chase deliveries, close the loop.
- Cast and hire talent on Backstage for scripted and on-camera roles, from posting to shortlist to booking.
- Learn our marketing inside out: the positioning, the personas, the ad angles that work and why, so every brief you write is relevant to how we sell.
- Write clear creator briefs: the hook, the scenes, the product moments, the do's, with reference ads attached.
- Coordinate with our fulfillment team so product reaches creators within days of signing, and track every shipment until it lands.
- Review every piece of content that comes in. Approve what is right and send clear, specific revision notes on what needs another pass.
- Keep every creator conversation moving: reply the same day, follow up on deadlines before they pass, keep a tracker that shows where every piece stands.
- Work with our editors and strategist each week on what content is missing, which winning ads need new footage, and which new angles need a first attempt.
- Keep an organised library of raw footage and finished pieces so editors find what they need in seconds.
WHAT YOU BRING
- At least 2 years of experience managing UGC creators or influencer content for an ecommerce or DTC brand. Hands-on experience with Trybe, Backstage or similar creator and casting platforms.
- A strong eye for UGC: you can tell a native, believable piece from a scripted ad read, and you can explain the difference to a creator in plain words.
- Excellent written and spoken English. Most of your day is messaging creators, editors and our team, and your messages need to be clear, warm and quick.
- Strong management habits: you keep a tracker, follow up on time and answer every message.
- The ability to understand a brand's marketing, positioning and customer persona quickly and deeply, and to use that understanding in every brief and review.
- Experience giving creators feedback that improves the next take instead of souring the relationship.
- Comfortable working with video editors and understanding what footage they need to cut a good ad.
- Organised, self-driven and comfortable owning outcomes with little supervision.
HOW WE WORK
- Fully remote. Our team is spread across Dubai, Europe and Asia.
- Most of our team is Filipino. There is a team group chat where everyone talks in Tagalog, and it is a warm, welcoming group. You will feel right at home from day one.
- Full-time, 40 hours a week, with at least 4 hours of overlap with Dubai time (GMT+4) each working day.
- Small team, fast decisions. You work directly with the people who make the calls.
- We judge content by one thing: does it make a stranger stop, watch and buy. Everything you approve is measured against that.
