JOB OVERVIEW

onewith is a fast-growing, founder-led DTC swimwear brand - we invented swim that fits like no-show underwear. We’re building a small, high-accountability team where A-players own outcomes, not hours. -- What you’ll own --
Purchase orders & ASNs: create POs and advance shipping notices for our 3PL to receive against.
Logistics & payment coordination: track what’s owed to factories and when (deposits, balances), coordinate shipments and timelines.
Pre-order & back-end setup: set up pre-orders for products and handle the back-end web-weaving that keeps launches running.
Founder support: prep bios, photos, and materials for podcasts/press; general admin and scheduling.
Vendor payments (with controls): set up vendors and queue ACH payments in our bank - all payments above a set threshold, and any non-US payment, require founder approval before they send (daily limits apply).

-- You’re a fit if you --
Have 2+ years as an EA/ops VA for a US business; strong spoken and written English - you can join a live supplier call and walk away with the action points, no re-explaining needed.
Are detail-obsessed - you catch the artwork/label error even when “it’s the same as last time.”
Are a problem-solver, not an SOP-follower - resourceful, self-directed, trustworthy with sensitive info.
Are comfortable in Shopify, a 3PL portal, Notion, Google Workspace, and Slack.
