JOB OVERVIEW

We are a busy U.S.-based chiropractic clinic providing spinal adjustments, rehabilitation exercises, posture correction therapy, and acupuncture.

We are looking for a detail-oriented virtual medical scribe to join our team on an ongoing basis. You will be trained directly on our clinical documentation workflow and will work closely with our team to ensure patient notes are accurate, complete, and audit-ready.

We value reliability, attention to detail, and clear communication. This is an ongoing position with the opportunity for continued work based on performance and clinic needs.

Role Overview

You will create clean, accurate, audit-ready SOAP notes in DrChrono based on the provider's patient encounters.

Daily Output
Approximately 25–50 patient notes/day
Notes must be completed daily and reviewed for accuracy

Working Hours (CST)
Monday: 8:45 AM–12:00 PM · 2:45 PM–6:00 PM
Tuesday: 2:45 PM–6:00 PM
Thursday: 8:45 AM–12:00 PM · 2:45 PM–6:00 PM
Friday: 8:45 AM–12:00 PM
Saturday: 7:45 AM–11:00 AM

Key Points

Saturday availability is mandatory
30+ hours/week availability required
Must be online and on-camera when patients are being seen
We use Time Doctor for time tracking
Notes must be completed daily and reviewed for accuracy

Requirements

Strong written English with clear clinical documentation skills
HIPAA certification or training
Saturday availability (non-negotiable)
Reliable computer and stable internet (20+ Mbps)
Quiet, professional workspace
High attention to detail
Prior medical VA, medical scribe, or healthcare administration experience preferred
EHR experience; DrChrono is a plus
Preferred
Chiropractic or physical therapy background
Familiarity with medical terminology (ROM, orthopedic tests, musculoskeletal findings)
Experience with structured clinical documentation
Experience working with U.S. healthcare providers
Compensation

$4–$6 per hour, depending on experience

30+ hours/week
Paid weekly via Wise (preferred)
