JOB OVERVIEW

About us

We are an international talent management agency. We sign and manage social media talent and influencers and handle their marketing, content planning and operations. We have been in business for four years with a remote team across several countries.

The role
You run our Meta Ads for talent recruitment and report directly to the CEO. The scope is narrow on purpose: Meta only, media buying only. We supply the finished ad creatives and the funnel, and our setters contact the applicants. Your job is to turn budget into qualified applications from new talent.

Your goal for the first 90 days
A steady weekly flow of qualified leads at a stable cost, in at least one market we can scale.

What you will do

Build and manage lead generation campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
Test ad creatives, audiences and countries, cut losers and scale winners
Maintain pixel and conversion tracking, including qualified lead events
Check the account every day, including a short check on weekends
Send a weekly report: cost per lead, cost per qualified lead, cost per booked call, cost per signed talent
Tell us which ads to produce next, based on the data
Keep the ad account healthy and handle rejected ads

What you need

2+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience with lead generation, not only e-commerce
Experience with restricted or policy-sensitive verticals where ads get rejected easily (for example recruitment, dating, finance)
Experience keeping ad accounts healthy in a niche with strict ad review
Proof of results from ad accounts you managed yourself
Solid understanding of tracking (Pixel, Conversions API)
Good written English and reliable reporting
No current work for another talent or influencer management agency

Terms

Part-time to start (20 hours per week), with the option to go full-time as the budget grows
Long-term, fully remote, flexible hours
Fixed monthly salary plus a bonus for every qualified lead under our target cost
Paid test task before hiring

How to apply

We pay above market for people who are actually good. ---------- on Telegram with:

1. Your CV.

2. Your media buying experience: which niches you've run Meta Ads for, how long you've been doing it, and the largest monthly budget you've managed.

3. Proof. Two screenshots from campaigns you managed yourself, with spend and cost per lead visible.

4. Why you. Four or five sentences on why we should hire you and not someone else. Don't be modest and don't be generic.

5. Your rate, your availability, and how many other clients you currently work for.

6. End your message with: MEDIA BUYER 2026

No cover letters. We'll know from your numbers and from how you write the message itself.
