JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for someone who understands internet humour and can turn business frustrations into funny, relatable content for a payments company.

Our audience is business owners dealing with payment processors, account shutdowns, held funds, high fees and payout delays.

We want content that makes them think “this is literally me” and send it to another business owner.

What you’ll do:
- Create memes, short videos and reels for Instagram, TikTok and other social channels.
- Find relevant trends, reaction clips and meme formats.
- Write strong captions and hooks.
- Come up with original ideas based on our audience’s problems.
- Edit and prepare content for posting.
- Track what gets shared and use those insights to improve future content.

Who we’re looking for:
- You understand English-speaking internet culture and humour.
- You have experience creating memes or entertaining social content.
- You can edit short videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar tools.
- You can make content feel natural rather than like a corporate advert.
- You’re proactive and can bring ideas without needing every post written for you.
- Experience with business, e-commerce or finance content is a bonus.
