Inside Sales Representative for a Fast-Growing US Agency (Remote)

We're building the number one growth partner for dumpster rental companies in the US, and the sales team is the most important part of it. Around 80% of potential bookings are lost without fast calls and solid follow-up. That's where you come in. We're looking for someone with real energy, a strong mindset, and truly excellent English to call warm leads and turn them into booked dumpsters.

--> What You'll Be Doing:

Speaking with homeowners, contractors, and small business owners who already asked for a dumpster
Calling every new lead in under 5 minutes and answering inbound calls
Qualifying, handling objections, and booking the rental
Booking a clear next step whenever someone isn't ready yet
Managing your follow-ups, tasks, and reminders in GoHighLevel
Taking part in call reviews and end-of-day reporting

Excellent English with clear, confident, friendly communication
High energy that stays consistent through the whole shift
Experience in B2C sales, appointment setting
Organized and reliable
Able to work EST hours and join Google Meet calls

$600-$1200/mo base pay plus uncapped commissions -> $1,500-2,000/mo OTE
Daily support and coaching from the founder, who still calls leads himself

100% remote position
