JOB OVERVIEW

Profit Pandas is a digital marketing agency helping small businesses grow through Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and marketing automation. We're looking for an experienced Creative Director to guide the creative side of our client campaigns.

This role starts small, on an as-needed basis under 5 hours a week. As our client base grows, we expect the hours to grow too.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Set the creative direction for ad campaigns, landing pages, and social content across our clients
- Turn campaign goals and seasonal angles (Black Friday, holiday gifting, events) into clear creative briefs
- Review designs and videos from our creative team and give clear, actionable feedback
- Keep each client's brand consistent across all creatives
- Suggest fresh angles when ad performance drops

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 5+ years in creative direction, art direction or senior design, ideally at an agency
- A strong portfolio of ad creatives (static and video) for Meta and Google
- Comfortable working async: you can pick up a brief, review work and reply within 24-48 hours
- Experience giving feedback to designers or video editors
- Strong English communication and reliable internet
- Bonus: Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite

HOW WE WORK

- Tasks are sent as they come up, through our task system and chat
- You log your hours and are paid only for time worked
- Flexible schedule, as long as you hit agreed turnaround times
