U.S. Home Services Company | Full-Time / Long-Term Position

EA Services LLC, a growing U.S.-based Home Services company, is looking for an experienced Sales Closer / Appointment Setter who knows how to turn leads into BOOKED APPOINTMENTS and CLOSED SALES.

We are looking for a real salesperson — someone confident on the phone, persuasive, persistent, competitive, organized, and comfortable asking for the sale.

Your job is simple: CALL. FOLLOW UP. BOOK. CLOSE. GET RESULTS.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Call new and hot leads immediately and convert them into booked appointments
• Make 50–80+ outbound calls per day when needed
• Follow up aggressively but professionally with No Answer and old leads
• Recover missed and canceled appointments
• Follow up on Open Estimates and CLOSE SALES
• Handle price objections and customer concerns confidently
• Ask for the sale and know how to move customers toward a decision
• Follow up consistently — not give up after one or two calls
• Support technicians with live customers, estimates, payments, and scheduling
• Send payment links and help secure payments
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow-up tasks
• Assist with dispatch and daily sales operations when needed

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

•Proven experience in Sales / Closing / Appointment Setting / Outbound Calling
•Excellent spoken English with a clear American or neutral accent
•Spanish is a strong advantage
• Confident and persuasive on the phone
•Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills
•Comfortable making 50–80+ calls per day
•Experience following up with leads until a decision is made
• U.S. Home Services experience is a major advantage
• Experience with HVAC, Air Duct, Chimney, Plumbing, Roofing, Garage Door or similar services is highly preferred
•CRM / Dispatch experience is an advantage
•Independent problem-solver who does not need constant supervision
• Competitive, responsible, organized, energetic, and performance-driven
•Available during U.S. business hours

•HIGH HOURLY PAY + BONUSES + SALES COMMISSIONS

This is a performance-driven sales position.

We reward results, including:

• No Answer / old leads recovered
• Missed appointments recovered
• Open Estimates converted into sales
• Strong overall closing performance
