We are a lead generation company. We run paid advertising (Meta, Google) and outbound outreach campaigns for our clients to generate qualified leads and booked appointments for their businesses. Our clients pay us to fill their pipeline, and our job is to make sure those leads convert into real revenue for them.
We are hiring a Client Success Manager whose #1 KPI is client health and retention. Your job is to make sure every client we onboard actually succeeds with our service, stays with us long-term, and upgrades when they're ready for more.
This is NOT a general virtual assistant role. This is a client-facing account management position where you own the relationship and the outcome.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Checking client campaign stats daily (ad spend, cost per lead, lead volume, conversion metrics) and flagging anything that needs attention before the client ever notices a problem
- Following up with our internal team (and me directly) on changes and optimizations that need to be implemented to improve client results
- Following up with clients on actions THEY need to take to get better results (responding to leads faster, improving their sales process, showing up to calls, etc.)
- Hosting coordination calls with team members to make sure implementation actually happens on time
- Running structured check-ins with clients based on outcome milestones, not just random "checking in" messages
- Tagging every client interaction as on-track, stuck, or accelerating so we know exactly who needs attention and who's ready to upgrade
- Proactively communicating wins, progress, and recommendations to clients so they always know what we're doing for them
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You need to understand the basics of digital marketing. You don't need to be a media buyer or an ad expert, but you need to know what a cost per lead is, what a conversion rate is, what a funnel is, what a lead magnet is, what a call funnel is, and why a client's sales process matters just as much as the leads we send them. If you don't understand these concepts, you will not be able to spot problems early or have credible conversations with clients about their results.
You also need to be someone who communicates clearly in writing. Most of your client communication will be via
You need to be organized and systematic. You'll be managing multiple clients at different stages, and if you're the type who forgets to follow up or lets things slip through the cracks, clients will churn and we'll both know why.
You need to be proactive, not reactive. The whole point of this role is to catch problems before the client sees them and to surface opportunities before the client asks. If you only act when someone tells you to, this is the wrong role.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong written English communication (this is client-facing)
- Understanding of basic digital marketing concepts (lead generation, funnels, paid ads, conversion metrics, cost per lead, ROAS)
- Experience managing client relationships, accounts, or customer success roles
- Highly organized with the ability to manage 20-40 active clients without dropping the ball
- Comfortable reviewing campaign data and identifying trends or problems
- Able to host video calls and coordinate with internal team members
- Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and availability during US business hours (we can discuss specific time zone overlap)
NICE TO HAVE
- Prior experience at a marketing agency, lead generation company, or media buying company
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads (even basic familiarity)
- CRM experience (GoHighLevel)
- Background in sales or account management
WHAT WE OFFER
- Long-term position with growth potential (this role evolves as we scale)
- Clear systems and training so you're not guessing what to do
- Direct access to leadership for decisions and escalations
- Competitive salary based on experience
- A role where your work directly impacts whether clients succeed and stay
HOW TO APPLY
EMAIL
1. Your relevant experience (specifically any client management, account management, or customer success work)
2. Your understanding of lead generation and paid advertising (briefly explain what a cost per lead is and why a client's sales process affects their results even when we're sending them good leads)
3. Your availability and preferred working hours
4. Your salary expectations
We will review applications and reach out to candidates who are a strong fit. If you don't include the information above, we won't consider your application.
This is a real role with real responsibility. We're looking for someone who takes ownership, not someone who just wants to check boxes. If that's you, we want to talk.
